This store was excellent. I ordered the sausage croissant and it was perfect. The bread was toasted just right. The sausage was cooked perfectly. The Munchkins were awesome as well. The staff was awesome. They had managers in doing some work and they greeted us and talked and was just a pleasure. I highly recommend this store to all ages. The bathrooms were super clean as well.

If you go here, make sure Victoria and Sherrie are not working. Especially Sherrie. They truly hate other people and lazy. I received a bag of half a dozen donuts and a box for me to do their job and put them in when all the icing ended up being all over the bag. When I tried to add something, she rolled her eyes. I asked for no sugar in my coffee and she added so much the first sip was nothing but a gulp of sugar. My daughters had a hair in her drink. I don’t know what I did to any of these women because I’ve been nothing but nice but clearly they hate their job and I’ve already been in touch with corporate. They both need to work somewhere not serving others.

2.I go to the drive-thru, to come to a person who can’t hear.
3. They messed my drink up and I could see them curiously asking each other what goes on that ,no whip cream, so I say “if that’s mine then no whipped cream”. The worker that had the drink said ,not to mention very rudely, “it’s not yours!”
Well the drink “that wasn’t” mine was in fact mine.
4. Gave me wrong drink after they messed up the first time.
5. Then I was given a drink that supposed to be a frozen coffee, then gives me hot espresso to put in a frozen drink! How does that work!
6. I still had to pay full price for both when I should have at least gotten 1 free.
THIS IS RIDICULOUS DUNKIN DONUTS! DO BETTER!

The drive through took 12 minutes for 3 cars, then when I ordered my dozen donuts I asked specifically for only chocolate glazed, original glazed, and sprinkles. No other flavor donuts. I pulled off before I realized because at this time I was now running late for work and when I got to work these are the donuts I had. Not what I asked for and I can not get the store on the phone to correct this.

The quality of service at this location used to be awesome about 8 years ago when it was under different management. Over the past two years, it’s gone completely downhill. You always have to repeat your order, and then when you get to the window, it’s still not right. If you ask for napkins, the cashier is probably going to roll her eyes at you. One time I looked in and saw the girl who took my order sitting in an office chair with her feet up while looking at her phone, while another person came to the window trying to get a clarification on what I ordered. It’s really sad because this used to be a great location that I would visit a few times a week, but now I will be sure to avoid as everyone else should as well.

I’m a regular who comes through probably 2-3 times a week. I will not be back after today. They were talking crap about the customer ahead of us, and they didn’t realize their speaker was on. When we pulled around to have our order fixed, I heard one of the girls saying that we were just wanting to complain basically and that nothing was wrong, but the other girl at the window said that they did mess it up. All I wanted was a remake on my coffee. I didn’t even say anything out of the way, but I could hear them talking about us in the kitchen. I’ve worked fast food for several years before, and I have never been rude to a customer because I got their order wrong. I’ll just start going to Gardendale. Maybe they’re nicer there.
Update: I tried it again today. This girl was so friendly! And my drinks are right. I’ll try it out again if this is the new staff.

I come by almost every morning around 7AM or earlier. My cold brew is always ready and delicious! I suck at names but the morning crew on drive thru are great sometimes I’m running super late, and I’ll pick up my mobile order 30 minutes later than when I placed it, and most of the time they will refresh my drink with new foam without me even asking as I never expect it. That’s going above and beyond, and is truly appreciated that they take the time to do that! They also will offer pup cups for my very needy dachshunds when I bring them along. So nice! A lot of people must be entitled jerks reading some of the other reviews.. Maybe if people were nice to others who are serving them, their experience would be great too

Walked in and one employee was asleep, another looked at me and walked to the back. The cashier then started helping the people who walked in after me. It took 30 minutes to get one medium iced coffee. Bugs everywhere. I would never recommend this place.

It is 5:57 on Sunday night at a location that is supposed to close at 7:00. I can’t tell you how the food is or what the attitudes are like, but I can tell you that it’s annoying to promise a donut to your kid after a long drive just to find out they are closed more than an hour before they are supposed to be…and have been for awhile by the looks of it.
