I ran through this morning & wanted to commend this location for excellent service from the moment I pulled up to place the order. The gentleman greeted me with a very upbeat & fun attitude – come to find out, he was the Manager of the Moody store, Cornelius. I pulled around to pay for my order only to be greeted by Mitchell who took my payment. He was so positive & kind while doing his job. He gave me my order quickly which was fresh & delicious. The entire experience was amazing & I wanted to brag & give credit where it is due. I will definitely be stopping more often!

Driving to Atlanta, I went through the drive thru of the Dunkin Donuts in Moody, AL on Sunday 10/19/25 and was greeted by a very nice gentleman at the speaker/window. He was so respectful, kind, and professional! He also had the friendliest smile that in return lit my entire morning up! He took my payment and handed me my order of Pumpkin Spice Donuts (that were so fresh and delicious) with speed. He was so amazing at his job! Although I was in a rush, he made such a wonderful impact, that I had to pull over to run in and get his name: Mitchell Jones!! I’ve never had a drive thru experience as pleasant as with Mr. Mitchell Jones! Great job!

I received drinks I didn’t order tea that was unsweet and I wasn’t advised they were out of certain donuts she just didn’t give them to me I contacted a manager and was told to send a copy of my receipt so I did only to be told ok now stop by location for a refund?? Why do I have to do all that Mr. Knight??? It truly makes me feel like I should no longer visit this location again ever… I didn’t get the order wrong you did why am I being penalized? It’s like let’s make it hard for her to get a refund and that’s not cool. I was t going to post a review until I received that message. Do better sir!!!

Y’all please for the love of any autistic that comes in the physical store, FIX THAT DRINK MACHINE! When I’m standing there trying to order food with my toddler in my arms and all I can hear is what sounds like the crazy cat lady screaming in my ear, it makes it hard to focus and order properly!

I have been going every day, since opening. I know most of the employees, and yes i definitely have my favorites. Always above and beyond for me. If I have ever had an issue, which is rare but it happens sometimes they have always offered to make it right immediately. I’m not sure why some people are giving bad reviews, but I’ve never had anything other than fantastic experiences with this Dunkin. I absolutely love it!! Shoutout to my favs, Claire, Mitchell, Jaylan, Laila.

My wife and i were just passin thru and stopped in there for much needed coffee and a donut. Coffee was hot and fresh, donut was good and warm and the young man at the counter i think his name was either Michael or Mitchell

They were very busy today, but the man in the window was extremely rude and unhelpful. Now the positive side was Eric (hope I spelled it right) fixed everything quickly and had a good attitude. We need more people like him, and he should probably get a raise so you can keep people like him around!

I’ve never known a Dunkin to have an empty drive thru and parking lot. I noticed this one was empty but decided to give it a shot anyway. We stopped in on a Monday about 6:30pm.
I was shocked to see how empty the donut case was. One of the young ladies behind the counter said “we’re out of pretty much everything.” I asked why and she said “I guess they didn’t order enough.” I was thinking they make the donuts there… do they not? Either way; the ladies didn’t seem to be too interested in work. One sat on her phone the whole time we were there while the other got our order together.
Not a terrible experience, but not great either.

Ohhh yeah definitely a good location. Service was fast and accurate. Donuts absolitely suck but the drinks are outstanding. They need to drop the donuts and focus on coffee drinks exclusively.
