Womp womp to you Karen. Here is my opinion. This Dunkin’ in cullman has been my best place to go to the atmosphere has been amazing every time I go the best crew I have seen there was Shelly, Yanely, and Ben. They have helped me with finding the best drink for me and I get it there every time nothing ever changes. They have been the best afternoon crew I have ever met! They always make sure my donuts, drinks, and food are always on top! I will always be going to this place no matter what.

Delivery customers not allowed to select the donuts in flavors they want. Dunkin changed it to “Surprise Me” so they can give you the worst flavors they sell and not give you which donuts you want! It isnt professional to not allow any customer to not get a choice in the flavor of donuts they want! How would the customers that order their coffee feel if Dunkin changed the coffee/drink you paid for was a “Surprise Me”??? The store would have to close due to having no customers. But they changed our, their customers the right to choose! If they do business this way they should close down and leave. We have a right to choose our food and if Dunkin refuses to allow us to choose then they should leave!!
I have tried their sourdough breakfast sandwich…it’s awful!! I ordered one of the breakfast sandwiches that unknown to me at the time was in a tortilla…it tasted like cardboard and was cold…awful!!
They lost me as a customer but I realize they don’t give a crap that they have lost a customer but if I can tell one person maybe that person will tell another then another and maybe Dunkin will get the hint. I can try can’t I?

I went through to the drive thruough the other day when I got my drink they didn’t put any flavoring neither did they stir the creamer for some reason my food was the only thing that got right! my bacon egg cheese sandwich was cooked perfectly the bacon was well crispy, however 0/10 on the coffee it was horrible

i’ve had 4 different experiences with this dunkin and only 1 was pleasant . my food is is always wrong, they need to be checking the order before they hand them out. as for drive through- there’s is never a introduction like “welcome to dunkin my name is “. “ what can i get for you?” and they aren’t ever helpful with questions.. i really enjoy dunkin so i keep going but something has to change.
