This is one of my favorite dunkin !
The coffee most of the time are perfect I just don’t like one thing. The service this is the second time they don’t take my order correct and that’s okay we all make mistakes so that not the rap problem . The problem is when I let them know my order is incorrect or is missing another coffee they flip out and the blame me and they don’t fix the problem they just send me back to order again. Really is really hay hard to charge me for anothecoffe at the window? What’s get me more frustrated is the way they treat me especially the lady is over weight sorry to use that term but I don’t know her name . So I think is something they need to fix !

The rude women working the drive thru does not know customer service I ordered a caramel craze ice lattee and she handed it to me with no whip cream or sprinkles or the drizzle when I ask her to fix it she has a nasty attitude about it an puts the whip cream and slams the window nasty people like that should not have a job dealing with people. I just went and got a coffee before work and when the foam on top died down, it was literally only half full and I paid 534 for a coffee and for it to be half full. I didn’t have time to go back and ask them to redo it cause I was going to work I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts all the time and I’m extremely disappointed the last few times of their drinks. Below is a picture of my coffee with no sips taken out of it. Absolutely unacceptable.

The guy was great that took our orders. My oldest son isnt a coffee drinker and wasnt sure what to order. He gets chai tea lattes from SB and the guy surprised him w a drink and he enjoyed it. Wish I could remember what he made him! The store was clean and they were all friendly and had smiles on their faces. Its always great to see employees working with smiles and giggling while on the clock. It says so much about their work place. The donuts tasted fresh and yummy.

Dunkin’ Donuts is the only place to get Real Dunkin’ Donuts. We went on the tour of the local factory where their made…. the smell was beyond incredible. We were there for 2 hours and ate so many fresh donuts. Picked the em right off the cooling tray…..quality control is first rate.
