I gave two stars because some of the ladies and men here are great. However, Maggie is rude, miserable and probably should not be working with the public. I come to this Dunkin everyday. At minimum twice a day. And every time this woman is working I get treated like I am not a paying customer. She’s awful. I don’t know how she is still employed. She doesn’t issue receipts, she shoves your food and drinks at you and god forbid you order more than one thing.

I order same coffees everyday (did I mention EVERYDAY- 2 medium iced coffees one for me and one for my husband) between 2 Dunkin’ Donuts in Okeechobee and there is never any consistency for the same exact iced coffee. This morning I asked the girl why my coffee was so dark? Her response was we made it the way you ordered it. Ummm no you didn’t. Taste like crap and getting really tired of taking chances on my daily coffee when there’s no consistency. Time for a change

The problem that I experienced which resulted in my rating is the fact that some of the employees are not practicing safe food handling guidelines. I witnessed, on this particular occasion, the employee wearing just one glove, on her right hand, and handling items, credit cards, money from other customers with that gloved hand, then without changing the glove, handled food with that hand. It appeared that there was more concern with keeping the hand clean than the food. Please train these fast food employees about the proper food handling requirements.

The service was great and it’s a nice location. Just wish the flies weren’t there. Hopefully this wasn’t a recurring situation. I’ll visit this place again.

This has nothing to do with the employees. This is all on the franchise owner. Invest in your business. Hire more staff and ensure proper training. Do better. Will be staying away from this location for a while.

Ok so 2 out of 3 our coffees were wrong but the system wasnt working right. If it wasn’t for the lady at the window being absolutely hilarious in a frustrating situation (for both the employees and us) I would have given a much different review. Hopefully they do something about there system and the espresso machine that can’t keep up lol

Since our low carb lifestyle change, don’t get here much anymore. But, we had Togo get trailer for the Full Throttle car show/Miami Hollywood Dragstrip Reunion this Sat…and decided to go off the rails and have our usual donuts & hubby got the Expresso Brown sugar iced coffee & me, my unsweetened iced tea. Back to super low carbs for the rest of the day.
❤️ Love the remodel! AWESOME employees ! Fantastic Smores frozen coffee & Love their unsweetened iced tea. Had our usual donut: double chocolate for me & Boston cream for husband.

Just received the worst service of my life at that dunkin. Assistant manager made half my food and handed it to a random ubereats driver after calling and telling them we were coming to pick it up because they messed it up the first time. They need new younger management that doesn’t get mad at their customers for telling them they messed up my order.
