I’ve never had Dunkin do this bad on my order My butter pecan iced latte that i get every time was nasty and they didn’t even ask what kind of milk I wanted in it. My hash browns were completely smushed and the bacon in my wake up wrap was burnt and in crumbles. The cherry on top is that I waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes for unsatisfactory food. I’ve had much better quality at other Dunkin locations and this one really disappointed me.

The employee that I just had the pleasure of being served by was one of the sweetest employees I have ever had the pleasure of getting served by at this location. Black kid with dreads pulled into a ponytail under his hat. Made my coffee absolutely perfect as I asked for it. No complications. Seemed like he was the only one there working working his butt off that kid deserves a raise!

V day decorations were the best part of the experience. I feel bad for the staff that works there. You can tell the atmosphere was heavy because everyone was tip toeing around the manager there. Watching ome of the guys scratch his head over and over and handle everyone’s drink was disgusting. It is understandable there will be a wait when it is packed full of people. But not staff member acknowledged the elephant in the room. There was no greeting or goodbye, there was no sorry for the wait or your order is coming shortly, literally just nothing. A simple greeting or a smile or a comment about it being busy and we are working on it goes a long way. By far the worst experience I had at a Dunkin.

This location is a disgrace. I ordered a latte with light ice and they gave me a cup literally half full. Is inflation really that bad that a $7 drink is served half full just because I want less ice? Give me a break. When I asked about it, I was given attitude and told, “that’s what my manager wants.” Well, management is wrong and being super cheap. Costs are high enough for customers. I rarely ever write bad reviews, but this one is definitely deserving.

What a Shameful experience! Not a single customer to be seen! But waited in the drive thru for someone to take my order! A FULL 4 min, so decided to park and go in! I can honestly say I thought they were closed! The Front area of the store is DISGUSTING and as I walked in the Inside was equally DISGUSTING! I did not see anyone, walked up to order a coffee and finally someone with a Pulse! Felt like I was an inconvenience!

As someone who travels throughout Florida for work and frequents almost every Dunkin’ Donuts, I can confidently say this location is a disgrace to the Dunkin’ brand. Foolishly, I decided to give them a second chance, hoping my last visit was just a fluke. However, today’s experience only confirmed my initial impression: this Dunkin’ Donuts is an absolute disaster. Save yourself the disappointment and steer clear of this establishment.

I understand Friday’s are busy but this was the worst service!!! All three of my drinks were not filled to the top… I asked for mocha and it was not added. When trying to get attention of any workers they ignored me. They were not measuring the espresso right as well. (They filled the espresso in a cup and was just pouring in random amounts) Never coming back. Do better.

I ordered a bacon and cheese croissant through the drive-through, while on the way to work. When I finally decide to look in the bag, the sandwich is ice cold the croissant is cold. The cheese is not melted, and the sandwich is hard. I can’t understand what the hell they were thinking. I need my money back and an apology.. Good service is hard to find.
