I was at work and ordered an iced coffee with skim milk, coconut flavor, and caramel flavor via DoorDash. When the order arrived, it very visibly contained no milk and when I tasted it, no flavor. The sticker with the order on the cup confirmed that they had received the instructions for the added milk and flavor. I contacted DoorDash and asked for redelivery. The redelivery arrived, and again, just a plain iced coffee. I decided to try one last time to have it redelivered and even asked the DoorDash agent if I should contact the store directly to clarify the order but they said no need. Got another plain iced coffee and gave up.

This review is late but this experience still bothers me. I am a regular at Dunkin Donuts different locations up and down the east coast of FL.
I decided to take my daughter here because it has a cool vibe such as the tap handles for coffee and you get a real coffee shop feeling. I went previously and the guy was cool.
This specific time I am reviewing the lady was so rude!! I mean rude, she was acting like everything bothered her and had no time to even do her job.
I always ask for whipped Cream on my iced coffee (no option to add this online) I do not mind paying extra but this lady went out of her way to make this a huge deal!! Then because she could not find a way to add whipped cream for a fee she charged me for a donut.
Out of all the other Dunkin’s I patronize this is the only place that went to the extremes as this one on top of treating us as less as a person.
Other locations put whipped cream no hesitation, then actually Carmel and/or toppings without me even asking!!

Regarding the food and drinks, it’s what you would expect to receive from a Dunkin. The staff is the best though. I’ve been going here for about 4 years and they have always been polite and nice to me. They remember me and my preferences too. The location is great, being on the corner in downtown. I love sitting outside and drinking coffee. The sun definitely dictates what side of the building you have to sit on. There are 4 outside tables. They wobble badly and the seats are pretty uncomfortable. The seats are metal chairs and the back has a metal tubing that sticks in your back. The inside of Dunkin is always clean and there is typically seating available inside, which is more comfortable on the body.
