I put in a mobile order for a coffee and a refresher and I showed up 20 minutes after I ordered said drinks and they still were not ready, and then when I asked her if they had and apple cider donuts, she couldn’t even tell me for sure if it was that donut, her exact words were “mmm I might be that one, I’m not sure” so I didn’t order said donut, then when I got my drinks I was talking to the manager about how she couldn’t tell me which donut was apple cider, she reaches over the counter and registers, and shoves my drinks in my hand, the when I go to drink my coffee, it wasn’t even made right, I specifically order on the app so I can order liquid sugar instead of cane sugar, but there was still cane sugar in my coffee. Just completely unacceptable. The employee in question is a small black girl no older than 18-19 years old and just acts clueless behind the counter.

I’m handicapped. I had to use the bathroom extreme bad. I have a personal mobility device to get around because walking is so painful. I just got the rudest treatment from Bridget at this location. She even had the nerve to say that I wasn’t handicapped or disabled. She interrupted me over and over again while I was trying to have a conversation with her. I have never felt so humiliated in my life. Please don’t hire people like Bridget to work with the public. She had the worst attitude and I cannot believe she could even have the nerve to say if someone is handicapped and disabled. I would advise you straighten her behavior out or tell her to look for somewhere else to work. I’ve been coming to this Dunkin donuts for a few weeks now. She is the only rude person there. I have seen her do it to other customers. She just has a bad attitude most of the time. Also this location is extremely slow at times. Your other location is so much faster and has more positivity and smiles than your location off 2nd Street. I kind of feel like you have a bad apple that is ruining that location. I want to look into that bad apple and not let it affect the rest of your apples. She also had the nerve to trespass me. Not that I have any intentions of ever going back to that location in my life after Bridget awful judgemental experience. I just hope the owner can fix this situation, or get rid of the bad Apple

I literally just walked In this location there was a young man at the counter before I can speak he said to me ” I’m going on break ” I said can you fix my drink before you go ? He said NO I’m a minor. I said ok so your the only one here in the store he said yes. IF THAT WAS MY SON HE WOULD HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER JOB! Terrible customer service. Been waiting at drive-through for literally 12 minutes. No one took my order drove up to the drive-through window, lady at drive-through window saw me and proceeded to play on her phone. I then honk the horn. She looked up again, open the slide window and I asked her are you open? She proceeded to say I don’t think the drive-through is open, I then pointed out the drive-through hours posted on the drive-through window stating the drive-through opens every day at 6 AM. It is now 6:50am. She then proceeded to shrug her shoulders and said sorry. What a huge disappointment! I couldn’t even get a s sad cup of coffee before starting my day.

My family stops here at least 3 times a week, buying donuts for my son on the way to school. Usually not busy in the morning, staff very nice! Every once in awhile they might get our order wrong but for the most part pretty good service!

Always good service, but just went there with my 14 yr old puppy in tow, and asked for a small cup of whipped cream. My guy was already on it before i asked and wouldn’t accept payment for it. Needless to say I left him a nice tip, kicking myself that I didn’t get his name. Will continue to patron these hard workers!!! Thanks from both of us!!
