Ordered an avocado toast w/bacon, they didn’t add the bacon. I went back to the drive thru and told Wendy, who was serving the window. Handed her the box, with the tag on it saying, “add bacon.” Wendy still wanted the receipt and still arguing that we didn’t add bacon. Are you serious? Finally, with an attitude, handed me the box and said “have a nice day.” The owners should take a look at their reviews, it reflects what is happening here!! Never again!!

Walked in was greeted with a girl wearing a wool hat and tattoos on her arms …had the feeling she was looking for a fight …no words I stood there for a friendly greeting lol all I got was attitude …then nasty words .I’ve owned restaurants ..so owner retrain or drop her…one person can ruin your business…. The manager of this site needs to learn some skills for stress management. Yes, it was a busy morning. Customers were waiting patiently inside. One customer at the drive through asked about wait time and she went off about all of the orders they needed to fill with such an attitude. While inside she was openly discussing quitting in front of the customers. Whatever you encountered earlier in your day to make you so unhappy and openly rude, I hope you find peace. We ended up leaving as all we wanted to do was get our daughter a donut for her birthday and we wanted her to enjoy her birthday donut without the hostility of the atmosphere.

I just feel like 6:30 am is too early to already be in a bad mood. The customer service is bad here. I ordered thru drive thru once getting to the window the lady didn’t speak a single work. I didn’t even know how much my order was. Glad I don’t live in this side of town cause will not be ordering ever. Crazy winter garden tends to have great customer service. Avocado toast is just bread. Only one side of the grilled cheese is actually grilled. Smallest order size of the bacon and the hash browns. Almost forgot part of my order until I stopped before pulling away.
Continuously watched people get out of the drive thru to go inside but the doors were locked so they had to get back in line.
Only decent part was that the workers were very nice but definitely the worst $20 I’ve spent.

This location consistently gives out terrible service. This is a hash brown order? There are only 4 inside. And when I get home I don’t have the donuts I ordered, and the sandwiches are all burnt This location should just permanently close. Warning do not eat here.

I was the only customer and they gave me my drink quickly but made me wait a bit for hash browns and snack and bacon. I think someone forgot or didn’t see the ticket. It did taste good .

What to say about Dunkin’ at Shoppes at Lake Butler?
I’m so pleased they had the glazed and maple glazed donuts so late into the day. They were following procedures to avoid spread of COVID-19. Markings on the floor should be replaced now as they’re showing wear and tear. Seating was marked appropriately although the franchise owner should find a better way than putting trash bags over them.
Donuts were good.
