We stopped at the Dunkin’ Donuts for a snack before continuing our trip. The egg, cheese and sausage croissant was tasty and served warm. The atmosphere is very rushed and crowded with absolutely no assistance from the staff on hand. I know this is quick food but a smile or any enthusiasm would make the experience of being there so much better.

I ordered a medium iced coffee but was given a small. When I pointed out the mistake, the worker grabbed a medium cup, filled it with ice, poured my entire drink into it, added approximately one tablespoon of milk, and handed it back to me. Instead of properly fixing the mistake, all she did was overload my small coffee with ice to make it a “medium.” I couldn’t even get the straw more than half an inch into the drink because the amount of ice. Horrible customer service at this location.

You will spend less time driving across town to a different Dunkin’. Understaffed, poor quality, overpriced, very long wait times. Beware, especially on travel timelines. They don’t accept gift cards, and you can’t order on the kiosk or app creating long lines. (The kiosks were all down)

Stopped to get coffee bagels with cream cheese and muffins. Ordered from kiosk as line to order from person was long. Waited 32 minutes for completed order. Out of muffins and he said kiosk wasn’t updated. Got an apple fritter instead that has to be at least 24 hours old as it was very hard and no taste. Bagels came without the cream cheese. Would have been better to go to Wendy’s or KFC. Staff didn’t seem to follow gop hand hygiene

If I could rate this 0 stars I absolutely would. Ordered a single large regular coffee, waited almost 30 minutes. No service. Asked for a refund and they couldn’t even refund the full amount of my order because I regrettably added a tip to my total. Absolutely unacceptable.

We visited here while traveling. We got in line at 9:35. There were about 5 people in front of us. We didnt order until 9:55. We got our order at 10:10. When we ordered, we tried to use the DD app for a coupon. We were told they dont use that. Then we ordered a strawberry refresher. They were out of strawberry so we did blueberry. We ordered a specialty caramel latte. They didnt have whip cream for it. My cold foam was left off of my coffee. The sandwich had one tiny piece of bacon on it and 3 out of 4 of us cant drink our drink because it is so bitter. I just spend $32 on something most of us threw away. We waited forever while the workers didnt smile and worked at turtle speed. I lost a lot of time on the road. Horrible experience!

We ordered in store at the kiosk. Our order was simple. Two Americanos, no additions. We then waited close to 20 minutes, and there were not *that* many people there. Others around us were complaining as well and asking about their orders. After receiving our drinks we left, and being that this is an I-75 service center, drove away along I-75. It was then that we found out that milk had been added to both drinks. Being unable to drink milk, this rendered the drinks undrinkable. I would avoid this Dunkin’.

Two ice coffees shouldn’t take 45 minutes to make. Only two workers who continued taking more orders… they were pouring ice coffees out of a plastic jug? When they had ice coffee on tap? Very strange place coming from a New Englander who lives on dunks. This was beyond turtle speed.

The ice isn’t even dunks ice and just cherry on the top the straws are not original!
Dunks corporate should be disappointed in this place.

I stopped at the service plaza to use the restroom get some lunch from Wendy’s and a couple donuts for breakfast.
I find it strange that after waiting 8 minutes in line, not once on their menu screens did the price of donuts appear at DUNKIN DONUTS, nor were the prices posted or listed anywhere around the donut display.
I got a half a dozen donuts to go, three blueberry and three chocolate. Every time that I have ever been to any other Dunkin’ Donuts, their cake donuts, like the blueberry and chocolate, were sweet and had a thin on the top.
About two hours down the road I broke into the donuts and grabbed one of the blueberry donuts. I’m glad I grabbed the one I did because this blueberry donut was the only good donut out of six. It had a strong blueberry smell, it had the thin glaze on top And appeared to be fresh.
However, the other five donuts were absolutely terrible! How are you going to have crappy donuts at a Dunkin’ Donuts?!?!
The other two blueberry donuts had almost no glaze on them. One had glaze on about a fourth of it and the other had just a couple spots. All three of the chocolate donuts had little to no glaze on them as well. It may seem like a small thing not to have glaze on the donuts however the last two blueberry and all three of the chocolate donuts tasted like they had absolutely zero sugar in the mix. It was almost like a bread dough. Even worse the last five donuts were so dry I could not choke down even the first chocolate doughnut. I took three bites of each one of the three chocolate donuts and had to wash it down with water just to get it down.
I don’t know how old these donuts were, but they were dry, tasteless and THE absolute worst donuts I’ve ever eaten in my entire life.
I hate posting negative reviews but this place deserved it, just like the Wendy’s next-door which was another disaster in itself.

Only one person was working here. He didn’t seem too happy to be there. I ordered at the kiosk like it said ypu should. Took forever to get our order. Ordered avocado toast for mom without bacon (came with bacon). She ate it since she was hungry. We both ordered the matcha latte. It wound up being coffee instead. We drank it since we’re both coffee drinkers. The couple before us walked out since the coffee they got was cold. Guy working didn’t seem too interested. Others had to wait awhile as well for their orders.
