I always kick off my day with black coffee—no cream, no sugar. I visit the Dunkin’ Donuts near my house every day, and they consistently serve fresh coffee and delicious breakfast sandwiches. I highly recommend this store to anyone nearby. Great store, friendly staff, and always fresh!

I HONESTLY CANNOT RECOMMEND the Duncan Donuts in St Cloud @ 4004 13th Street. Every time I have gotten ANY food or Beverage there it IS HORRIBLE!!! Went thru the drive thru & ordered; I knew before I got there that I should have went to the other location but this one is closer & was in a hurry to get to work.

When I walked into Dunkin today there wasn’t anyone in line, but by the time I came from the restroom there was a full line. I almost left for the drive through instead (yes, I’m lazy lol). But let me tell you, the cashier took care of all of the customers so fast! I was very impressed.
They got my order correct and the muffin I asked to be toasted was not only toasted, but also given a little butter. That was a great touch, thank you. Great customer service to the girl that was making the coffees and the male cashier who was so nice. This was around 10AM today, so I hope the manager recognizes these two people who were AWESOME!
Side note: I’ve been to this Dunkin for many years and whoever is managing it now is doing great. In the past, this Dunkin wasn’t that great and my order was often wrong. I can truly say that I actually want to start coming more regularly because the service is so much better now!
Please keep up the good work y’all!!!! The muffin was fire

I had a mobile order for a latte and light toast bagel w strawberry cream , was handed at the window a Burned bagel w plain cream cheese which I understand that the probably got the wrong order but she asked me to pull forward and wait for the correct order . I was handed the bagel in this pictures . WITH HAIR IN IT . I opened it to make sure it was strawberry cheese and food a nasty piece of hair .

Twelve people working and they couldn’t get an order right, had to wait outside and then the girl comes out the door with two other orders and give them to the people behind me so I had to go inside and still had four other employees ask even after I gave my receipt what I ordered….then after I get back on the road I reach in and gtab my hash browns and they were burnt and I couldn’t even bite into them. If I wasn’t a first responder and not so busy I would have brought my food back and got a refund….will not return.

I’ve never been super happy with this Dunkin… Always make you wait, they attend you super rushed, and if you ask for ANY type of breakfast sandwich they are gonna be luke warm to cold… but yesterday was an extra… What the..?… Went through the drive through, peroson attending me was rushing and even asked if I wanted her to suggest things from the menu after I asked her to give me one minute…. Then AFTER I paid, she told me, “We dropped the last THREE donuts you wanted”, so I was upset of course, because wow that is some luck right?…. So, to not make their job more difficult I said it’s ok, then give me three of the regular ones with the chocolate glaze on top… ok… they gave me the bag super rushed and my drink…. So when I checked they had given me the WRONG donuts, and on top of everything didn’t put any type of sugar or sweetner in my super basic iced mocha latte… I can’t. & that woman they had at the drive through attending was quite rude.
