To say I am extremely disappointed in Dunkin donuts is an understatement. Attached is my order and what I received. I ordered the $6 meal and customized the order.
First off if I order a medium iced beverage and the cup is 24 oz than I expect to get the full 24oz drink. I’m not paying for ice I’m paying for the beverage. Even Starbucks gives you a full cup if you order without ice.
Secondly, as you can see from the order, I asked for the sandwich to be on a multigrain bagel not a crossaint and with white cheddar, but I got it on the crossaint with american cheese and they made a poor attempt to make it up by just adding the multigrain bagel with just the white cheddar, instead of remaking the sandwich the correct way.
Thirdly, when my husband went to pick up the order he was told there was no snacking bacon and that he had to order something else cold for some odd reason. However, another person came out with the snacking bacon and as you can see was pretty much empty. I’ve ordered this in the past and never have I ever been given an almost empty bag. If you’re charging $4.29 for it, it shouldn’t look like that regardless if using points for it. I actually feel I wasted those points.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with my order not being correct at this location. They need to be better trained in actually looking at the order that comes through and not just assuming what’s in it as there are customizable options.
I will not return to Dunkin Donuts or even recommend it to anyone, the company is a rip off. I’d rather go to Starbucks or Dutch Bros.
I know this review will fall on deaf ears as any complaint does with large companies. And no, I did not eat or drink any of the contents as my husband was the one who picked it up for me and brought it home. I placed and online order.

How is it that every single time I order they managed to leave something out of my order I always catch it before I leave and have to remind them that there’s stuff missing. This morning I sent my husband to pick it up and he came home and of course missing items in my order. I’m going to dispute the charge because I did not get what I ordered!

The food handling was disgusting. Yesterday I placed an order… It was terrible. The girl who served me (Emely 638920) used the same glove for both preparing the sandwich and cleaning the residue from the counter and under the toaster. I managed to tell her to change her glove. Luckily I was there. What must it be like for people who order online or through the drive-thru

I’ve never worked here or in a place like this, so I can’t say much about how things run behind the counter. But it seems like there should be a set process for making coffee and lattes. Sometimes it feels like they just eyeball it, because the flavor isn’t always consistent and every now and then the coffee tastes burned, like it’s been sitting too long. On the bright side, the donuts are always fresh, and I’ve never had bad customer service. They just need to step it up a bit when it comes to coffee.

I love coming here for the food, the employees always treat me great. Today we had a simple misunderstanding and the egg was missing in my sandwich. We walked in to ask if we can get a new one and the manager of the facility crumbled up the previous sandwich and yelled very rudely at her employees. Very disappointed in the management, the employees don’t deserve to be treated that way.

They never get the ice coffee right. Even when you’ve ordered 1 or 2 additional espresso shots, the drink will always look light and basically just milk. I’ve had to put 3 additional espresso shots on a latte (which should already come with 2 espresso shots) and a dunkalatte (which should have an espresso and a coffee milk). My drink should not be looking super light. It doesn’t even taste like coffee. At this point it’s just wasting money.

The food here is subpar, I got the hash brown scramble with brisket. The cheese on top was cold like it just came out of the fridge making the whole bowl of hash browns and scramble cold as well. I asked them to heat it up and it came out the exact same way. At least throw it in the microwave or something. For it to be completely cold is very disappointing. It doesn’t even look appealing to eat. No to mention there is hardly any brisket in there. The coffee was the only good thing but it’s pretty hard to mess up a latte. If you’re going to come here I recommend just sticking with their coffee.

I was in this past Sunday and had such a wonderful experience. The customer service from Sasha was absolutely amazing! She made me a fantastic latte, and the hash browns were delicious. Sasha truly made my whole night her kindness and attention to detail really stood out. Thank you for such a great experience!

I have come here several mornings utilizing the drive through when I am in a rush and have not had to wait. Each time they get my cold brew coffee with almond milk order right. Consistency is key and they hit the mark.
