We used to have a pleasant experience every time we visited, the last 3 times we stopped at this location, we’ve had to wait for an extended amount of time only to have things in our order come out wrong. Today we waited 15 minutes, had to send a drink back, and then once we left, the other drink we ordered was also wrong and had no sweetener. It’s just completely frustrating when we already waited a long time.

Where do I begin? It’s not enough that since Covid Customer service has really fallen to an all-time low. But here we are early in the morning being argumentative with customers who can prove you wrong that’s what amazes me, and then the lack of management or even a name tag so you can address specifically who was out-of-pocket. See what people forget is that I was on my way to work so of course I have to contain myself but I also frequently stop at this location. So when when you’re telling me something I order on a daily basis is not what it is and I have a photo to show you otherwise why are you angry? Are you defending the mistake? Be professional fix the order And take ownership for your/companies/app etcs errors and don’t blame the customer. I hate to micromanage from the drive-through, but I would say that this nasty attitude just reflects her training because management’s attitude is just as atrocious. I had to pick up 1 ⭐️ but they really deserve a ZERO!!!!! Maybe the resolution here is fix your system so that the complete details comes out on the ticket and you don’t blame the customers for it.

I went to this location yesterday November 24th, for a medium hot coffee, I usually come here and get my coffee and it’s ok but ralee took my order and made my 7 caramel 5 sugar 2 cream coffee amazing I let her know she did amazing, I love drinking coffee made with love, super lovely girl.

I would like the supervisor of this store to know that when I came in on Monday 5 /1 around 6:00 pm to pick up a third party order to deliver . I asked the employee behind counter to properly seal the hot coffee so it wouldn’t spill all over my personal car . .
The way it was not sealed properly and in a bag it spilled all over my delivery bags the donut box and the seat of a new car ! So then third party delivery service had to make another order .
Find another way to transport port and secure hot coffee in a cup please.

This Dd don’t have barely anything… no hot fudge, no walnut, no pralines, no banana split, the vanilla ice cream is only the yogurt vanilla ♀️. I asked some questions to the employee about why they don’t have certain things and if its individually owned and they didn’t know. I came on a Sunday 5pm.
