I don’t leave a lot of reviews for places often but the experience that I just had at this location deserved to be bragged about. Phoenix and Uriel were working tonight when I went through the drive-thru. I had been stuck in traffic behind an accident and started to feel the onset symptoms of a blood sugar drop (hot, shaking like a leaf, a little nauseous, and struggling to keep my eyes open) and in that moment Dunkin was the closest place to me. I managed to pull into the drive-thru but I couldn’t even think straight in that moment and all I could say was “Donut, donut please.” The very sweet gentleman working the window asked what kind and my brain couldn’t function so I stumbled on the words “Anything, I’m having a blood sugar episode.” I was immediately told to pull up to the window where Phoenix and Uriel handed me a box with two glazed donuts, told me it was on them, asked if I was ok, and suggested that I pull up and park to eat and to please be safe. I did just that and after several minutes sitting in my car I started to feel a little bit better. I carefully went into the store where they both asked again if I was all right, I went to use the restroom and splash some water in my face, and then came back out to purchase an apple juice to help boost my sugar just a little bit more. I told them both how appreciative and grateful I was that they understood what I had said at the speaker and explained that I had just started a new medication for migraines that seems to be having a negative effect on my blood sugar levels. I told them that in that moment I had been really scared because I hadn’t had a level drop (especially on my own) like that in a really long time and that they were absolutely amazing in how they handled it. These two gentlemen were so kind, asked me if I was safe to drive home, and then hand me a box with two more glazed donuts and said to take them just in case I needed it for the drive home. I don’t know if their manager pays attention to Google reviews but just in case they don’t I will be calling tomorrow morning to tell the manager just how amazing these two gentlemen were for me tonight. Thank you both so much for making me feel safe and cared for in a very scary moment.

I quickly headed to Dunkin’ when the rain started pouring down. While riding my electric scooter, the staff kindly offered to help shelter it from the rain. While I waited for the downpour to pass, I ordered a hot chocolate and a blueberry muffin. The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, which enhanced the overall atmosphere. The premises were very clean and well-maintained, something I consider essential in any food-serving establishment.

Truly need to get it together. This was my 3rd visit and fail AGAIN! 1st visit the employee could not answer questions about food allergies and was making guess which could be the difference between someone ending up in the hospital or dieing. I had to ask her to go ask someone. The croissant with sausage was burnt, tater tots were burnt and they gave me the wrong coffee. 2nd visit one of the managers assisted still got the coffee order wrong. 3rd visit guest what still got the coffee order wrong. Not really sure how this happened when the tickets clearly stated what’s in it, names or order number on the ticket. They are rushing instead of paying attention to detail. If the location was busy I would be a bit more understanding however every time I visited it was not busy.

I placed a mobile order and accidentally chose a hot latte instead of iced. I didn’t realize what I had done until they were about to hand me the hot latte. I told them my mistake and apologized. They were so kind and made me an iced one no issues and it was delicious ❤️

y’all overprice me for something i already paid for. there’s no way that i paid for 2 orders of plain stuffed bagel minis, 10 ct munchkin and a medium refresher for almost 17 damn dollars and y’all said i paid for one and charged me again for a other order. won’t be coming back and yes this happened today at 10am

Most of the times they make the cappuccino how it should be but sometimes they don’t cappuccino is supposed to have foam if not it’s just coffee and milk ☕…We don’t mind waiting a little bit ..but please put the foammmm always

I wish I had the option of placing a photo here. It’s sad that like most restaurants the portions are getting smaller while the prices keeps going up. My favorite doughnut is double K. But drunken doughnuts were larger until now. They are even more smaller these days. Sad people so very sad.

Dunkin’ Donuts has transferred from just a donuts shop it became a real cafe with all flavors and kind of coffees which is great coffee, they are doing a great job.They use masks, gloves, and social distance. They got the iced coffee right.

Today, the mobile app advertised the new Easter bucket. Upon arrival at the store, the order was missing Easter bucket, and the new doughnuts shown in the photograph. Why advertise items that are unavailable? I woke up at 6:00 AM to ensure these items were received, and both the children and I were disappointed. Let’s avoid advertising unavailable products.
