Very little bacon on my hickory croissant sandwich, a grilled cheese sandwich not at all toasted (cold cheese sandwich), and these 2 coffee cake muffins that someone may have eaten first? Please note the banana nut muffin IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED, or good for my child’s nut allergy. The streussel topping was under the muffin so they very much knew what they put in the bag. On the plus side this dunkin is saving napkins by giving exactly none with my $30 order.

Tuesday 06/07/2022 visited this Dunkin Donuts Store, to try the new Mango Pineapple Dunkin Refresher. I ordered a large, made with Coconut Milk . The drink was absolutely delicious and extremely flavorful. I could taste all the ingredients, Mango, Pineapple, Coconut Milk which even gave off a Coconut aroma! Valerie provided great customer service! Highly Recommend.

Can I give it zero stars? We’d had previous horrible service but decided to try again. Big mistake. We saw the drive thru was a little long so we decided to go inside. Stood there for over 10-15 minutes without even being acknowledged. Three separate workers walked right passed us/stood next to us and didn’t even get as much as a “good morning we’ll be right with you” absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen! We’ve learned our lesson and will never go back here again.

First off, they didn’t have the donuts I ordered when I came to the window. Secondly, the refresher I ordered was not diluted with green tea at all and tasted like cough medicine. Thirdly, they kept handing me orders that weren’t mine. Fourthly, the hash browns were rock hard and inedible. Next, I literally saw a worker drop my order on the floor and no one remade it before handing it out to me. Lastly they gave me too many sausage egg and cheese sandwiches which was the only thing that was edible. Every Dunkin I goto does just fine but this one ALWAYS messes up.

This location is always busy, especially during the morning hours. I usually try to go inside instead of using the drive-through, which can cut the wait time in half. On Halloween, the line inside was almost as long as the car line, and there was no room for customers to spread out in line (for Covid-19 precautions), and no lines/tape on the floor 6 ft apart to help customers keep physical distance (like other restaurants have).

The stars are for the staff. They should be educated on the coupons. Went in to get a Medium Latte. The employee didn’t accept the coupon because ‘it is for hot or iced coffee only and you are having a Latte’. What?!?! This is not the first time I have not been able to use a coupon in this shop. No matter the time of day or the day of the week, the just don’t want to accept them. I have not had issues with this or any other coupon in any other shop. I am done with them. I’d rather go to the one inside Walmart or drive a bit farther.
