I’m so over this dunkin. They never can get my order correct or something is always missing and the staff just listen and don’t comprehend or just flat out don’t care. I don’t even bother correcting the order anymore. I asked for an Avocado Toast with Bacon and a Caramel Cold Brew, BLACK. Does this look anything of the sort? And then the audacity to hold out a machine for tips.. I always avoided this dunkin for past bad experiences over the years but I finally had to leave a review at this point. There’s no way over the course of years of occasionally going to this one location, my order is always messed up. Never going back.

Dunkin needs to package their donuts better. Everytime I order 1 strawberry frosted I look into the bag and see half of the frosting on the wrapper. This is ridiculous. You’re telling me that they can’t just put 1 singular donut inside a small box? Anyways unless the fix this, I’m not ordering frosted donuts anymore

I go to Dunkin’ every morning, and honestly, if it weren’t for Jada, I probably wouldn’t even bother stopping. She always has a remarkably positive attitude and a warm, welcoming personality. People like her make a huge difference, and I really wish every customer service experience were like the one she gives.

I asked very politely is the coffee fresh yeah are you sure yeah, pull up to the window. It has a bug in it and the coffee is not fresh. They poured a bunch of milk in place of it. Bad service and you shouldn’t have the girl that’s at your window right now at the window. What a waste of time just make the coffee fresh. You are a coffee store.

Went through the drive thru on 11/26 at 7am and got nothing but attitude. Made my husband and I feel stupid. We asked what kind of donuts they had. There’s a lot to list so I completely understand the employee not wanting to list them all but the way she went about asking if we had a flavor in mind was rude. We asked for one blueberry donut and she interrupted and asked if that would be all, we said no and we wanted one Boston Kreme. She asked again “Will that be all?” And she asked “How many in total?” We repeated ourselves. She snapped back a third time asking if that would be all.
Overall, its not what she said but how she said it. We felt rushed and snapped at so we only ordered two donuts instead of the amount we actually wanted and left.

First of all i ordered 3 drinks and one coffee the associates legit dropped it in my hand and it landed all over my car. Didn’t even acknowledge it, and just smiled. And said nothing. It’s unprofessional and honestly waist of time. I’d rather go to a different dunkin than dealing with associates who unable to actually care for there own mistakes.

don’t understand the problem with the Black guy with the dreads. Twice now, he’s been rude to a customer.

First, he yelled at me in the drive-thru, telling me to order my food before my coffee. I said, “Sir, I didn’t order any food. You’re yelling at the wrong car.”

The next time I went in, I ordered through the mobile app for drive-thru pickup, but it was too packed, so I went inside to get my order. I told the girl I was picking up my drive-thru order, and he threw his hands in the air and shook his head, having a toddler-like reaction.

I said, “I’m sorry, there were too many cars outside.” He replied, “I wasn’t talking to you.”

Then who were you talking to? Nobody was having a conversation with you.

I’m not sure who is responsible for this, however this should not have been allowed to leave the store. I get mistakes happen, but this is unacceptable and should’ve been fixed the moment it was taken out of the oven.

I placed a rather sizable mobile order. When I got to the window to get it the lady said they were out of the spider donut and which two donuts would we like as replacements. No problem. So, I asked my daughter, who clearly didn’t answer fast enough because the lady THREW OUR BAGS AT THE OPEN WINDOW! The bag with my wake up wrap missed and fell on the ground. Mind you, we are the only people there. No one in the store or behind me in line at this point. She very clearly expected me to open my door and eat it off the ground because when I didn’t pull away, before I had a chance to ask for a new one she shoved the receipt in my face and closed the window. Well, I had placed a second order for my husband on my way to the Dunkin, and so I just waited at the window and when she opened it this time I tried asking for a new wrap again but she put her finger in my face to take a new car’s order and closed the window AGAIN! When she opened it a third time before I could get the question out she had her finger up this time going in circles telling me to get in the back of the line, her words “Go around. Go ALLLL the way around.” GM is named Angela. I asked to speak to someone and there was no management on duty and according to her employees, Angela can’t be bothered when she’s not at the store. This is not the first time staff has been rude at that location. We’ll take our business elsewhere.

This Dunkin is my favorite go to spot. Best one I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot of Dunkin’s. My most recent visit wasn’t too great. I ordered my usual iced coffee and it was made as a latte (with the whipped cream and candy bar toppings). I can’t eat that stuff so I kindly asked for just my iced coffee. I hear him telling the other employee to just “scrape it off” so I ask for the entire drink to be remade. The drink was remade using regular creamer instead of the oat milk I always order. Regular creamer upsets my stomach so now I’m without my coffee and have lost $4. I understand things get busy but to make a mistake twice is unacceptable.
