Walked out due to service today. Had to wait to even have anyone take my order after almost 10 minutes of watching workers do stuff. I was just stared at and told to “come on” rudely after not realizing she was ready to take my order because nothing was even said to me to even indicate they were ready for my order.

Some of the employees give rude stairs and act like they are entitled this store definitely needs better customer service and one of the vents in the bathroom was broken. When I last went I don’t know if that’s a violation of some sort, but it looked like it was about to fall off the wall

The grand opening was amazing The kids had a lot of fun with the face paint and the balloons. All the prizes for the raffles it was amazing. Some of us actually won the 100 days of free coffee. I was number 99. But since then my daily coffee when I order it has been perfect. We’re doing a great job and I’m really glad they’re really close to home.

Most of the time the donuts are not soft and fresh, unless you get there early in the morning and they need to pay more attention to what donuts you ask for.

The workers are nice. The coffee is good. They make a decent breakfast sandwich if you don’t want a donut. I love their pumkin muffins,munchkins and bagels. Pumpkin iced coffee is excellent too.

This dunkin is ruined. i’m not sure what happened to the old employees but it seems like they replaced the whole crew and the whole crew sucks! no matter how you explain your order they seem to get it wrong and when you ask them to fix it nicely they roll their eyes and hand you back exactly the same drink acting as if they did something different. i can’t even order something and trust it will be right. i’ve been going almost everyday in the past few months and ive never had to deal with such bad service. its been a week now that they’ve been making my drinks wrong! bring back the old crew or get new people these guys suck.

Great location, we always drive to this one because they almost always get everything right and fresh, and service is usually friendly. My only complaint is that they now charge $1.07 for a pup cup, a tiny shot of whipped cream for a dollar is crazy! Meanwhile Aroma Joes pup cup is free and comes with a doggy bone inside!
