The worker here, jasmine was phenomenal. She is very skilled at what she does. It may seem like a simple job, but whoever makes my coffee has a significant impact on the quality and taste of it. I mean, it was the best coffee I’ve ever had here. She made it quick and efficiently and even recommended some ingredients, which made the coffee taste absolutely amazing. Great professional. Friendly. This is the best experience I’ve ever had. Definitely a top tier employee. Thank you so much jasmine!

The main guy that works here with a large Beard should not work here, guy has the nastiest attitude with the staff they work like they scared of him and does all this in front of customers plus he is also very nasty with his attitude with customers, he has been a bunch of times with me, Not acceptable if he is the owner or manager running this place.

I went in a got a cold brew and chicken croissant. Everyone in there are wonderful people and always smiling. The only complaint I have is that the chicken patty was only one third of the sandwich.

Awesome little Dunkin’ donut shop in Walmart. The lady that wore the gray shirt was very nice and helped my wife know which flavors that she could have that didn’t have milk in it because my wife is lactose intolerant.

Great service and formal, friendly interaction. Good coffee, they made my Dunkalatte perfectly. My bagel was cold and a bit too much cream cheese but better than not enough! One of the cleanest Dunkin’s I’ve stepped foot in. Good job

Manager, Eddie, was extremely rude to serveral customers. Used foul language, used racial slurs and was so unpleasant I left without purchasing anything. I’ll never go back there again.

Went to this location for national coffee day. I asked the girl over the income how it worked she said it was sort of like buy one get one so I ordered two coffee’s. When I got the the window they took my card and didn’t tell me anything about how to proceed. I paid and then realized they charged me for two coffees. I then told them I wanted to cancel my order. It felt like a bait and switch situation I didn’t know they needed to scan the barcode for my dunkin account to take advantage of the free coffee for national coffee day. If they had told me that upfront I would have downloaded the app and logged in before ordering the coffee but they were no help. The manager cancelled my order and held onto my card he then said let me scan the barcode. He was rude and unapologetic. I told him I was going to write a bad review and seems to not care but also said well I gave you a refund. I don’t recommend going back to this location.

I had to edit my original Duncan review today, due to recently being in the store and seeing employees yell at each other, and management yell at the employees. And today I saw a customer approached and asked to leave due to loitering when the individuals had already purchased items and we’re sitting there relaxing and talking. I’m not sure who the owner is or management of this establishment but they are not customer appreciative or respectful. I am very disappointed and will make sure that I do not purchase any more items from this Dunkin location.
