Very rude Manager with an attitude. Asked to have croissant toasted, as is my usual request. Business was slow at the time as inside and drive-thru were both empty. This time though the Manager denied my request with an emphatic “NO”. I told her previous Servers had honored my request. She responded “Tell me their name so I can fire them”. Just an angry person. Dunkin Corporate needs to find a respectable replacement.

When a store is out of an item or if it’s going to be a wait. Wouldent the logical choice be to inform a loyal customer of said wait time before taking their money? I was in a rush. 0 cars or people inside. 3 people stood around laughing at me. But not one tried to inform me of the wait. So sad.

Ethan was such a help and so pleasant to be waited on , suggestive and nice and he made my coffee perfect It was a large vanilla iced coffee with almond milk and 12 Splendas. . Vinny was back there working her butt off making my delicious bacon.That bacon was the best thing I’ve had in a long time.I found my new place to go get bacon It’s the best thing to eat when you’re on a diet. Thank you so much guys for working so hard. Also this restaurant was very clean and it looked well maintained. I appreciate that.

Poor hearing skills over mic and poor customer service drink was made wrong and still dissatisfied paid for two extra shots of espresso and did the hot receive them by any means the lady argue with me and I get Dunkin almost every day. I will stop getting Dunkin now because of my experience today.

Ok so I’m giving this dunking only 3 stars. The lady that took our order was rushing us and kinda rude. We got a half dozen donuts 2 of them where stale,I also order a coffee Coolatta French vanilla and I’m not sure what she made but it definitely was not what I ordered or anything that I have ever gotten before. And just to top our visit off I had a gift card with like 3 dollars and change on it when I told her I wanted to us what was left on it she gave me a nasty look then proceeded to tell me it was empty. So I asked um there was nothing on it so said no there was 3 and change,I was like um ok so it wasn’t empty. So our over all visit was just nit a very good one. It bothers me having to give a 3 stars when I feel with a little boy of effort it could have not happened. I mean maybe if they would try an keep some of there employees longer than 3 months or so things might be a little differnt.
