Joanne has no customer service skills. Ordered a dozen donuts online and paid online for in-store pickup. I arrived 15 minutes after I ordered and my order wasn’t ready. I stood there waiting 30 minutes with no acknowledgement at all from any employees. I stood there and watched as over a dozen people walked in and got orders filled immediately. When I asked about the order, the rude employee at the counter, Joanne, just pointed over to the empty pickup shelf and said “it’s over there”, completely brushing me off.
When I FINALLY got my order they didn’t even have the donuts I had already paid for because they had already given them away to the people who came in after me and ordered on the spot, despite me already paying for my donuts long before I even arrived.

Terrible service. I’ve been ordering online for a year. They constantly put in donuts that aren’t what I selected in the app. Every other time I go to pick up my order, they’ve either forgotten to put it in or don’t even see it. So I have to open the box and show them they put in the wrong thing again. I’m waiting to see if there will be any changes to how they process online orders.

This place has gone to crap. They take forever to take your order. The mess up half your order. They are rude and unprofessional. Since the leadership change mid year this location has become the worst! I dont recommend go to Starbucks or McDonald’s

Double check your drinks I ordered a match with oat milk so that my intestines don’t try to kill me I took a sip and it didn’t taste right by sip 4 guess what it’s whole milk. I had to leave work early because the employees can’t make a freaking drink right thank god it’s just intolerance and not an allergy

Made my drink wrong twice after I sent it back. And then argued with me telling me I was wrong when I get the same drink 7 months in a row. Not to mention an iced macchiato is supposed to be handed to me in layers and the drink that I received was completely mixed

It’s taken a while but now, a few years later, I’ve been having great experiences here at this location. Toast is actually being toasted, food has been much more enjoyable. Very happy with the team here.

Don’t waste your time/money/get your hopes up.. this location is only good for coffee. 3 visits this week, ask for a big n toasted, got soggy buttered bread and cold clumpy cheese. Next visit I politely ask for them to make sure it gets toasted, so they toasted it till it was black… 3rd visit, I give up on my favorite sandwich and just ask for a toasted bagel…. surprise, they cut the bagel, put cream cheese on it and just microwave the outside… waste of money

*edited review 9/15* Convient location. The screen on the outside is blurry so it is a little hard to read the menu when ordering. Occasionally drinks are made incorrectly but are usually on par and delicious. Always fast and friendly. *edit portion as well as stars: service has been terrible lately and not efficient. My previous mobile order took forever to be completed, (they had no hot coffee going or started at all yet). I had to wait a long time for them to brew my coffee because they didn’t see it on my order till after everything else was made and cooked. The munchkin box wasn’t even made correctly either. Come today a few days after the last mishap and once again order mobile. The order wasn’t all fully there, realize that, so I go back in, they announce the rest of my order so I grab it. Get home with it just to find out they missed the FIRST sandwich on my order. I tried calling the store to let them know and figure something out so I wasn’t just losing money, but the line goes straight to voice-mail. (Not even a ring, straight to their “leave a message after the beep for…) This location could be great but they really need to get their employees better at handling a fast paced work environment with multiple orders at once.

Would give a zero if possible! I have ordered the Sourdough breakfast sandwich several times. After the first time I ordered the sandwich, I started to request “toasted dark” in order to get the sandwich “toasted”
i even went as far as to report the problem to DD headquarters Case #09957748.
The idiots responding to the case number kept asking for the same information 3 times. I sent them the requested information 3 X. Corporate told me that someone would reach out to me from the store. No response!
I even replied to DD customer support letting them know I didn’t receive a call from the store. No response from Corporate!
Look at the receipt and resulting sandwich.
This place needs a Manager and Employee training.

Stopped in for an Iced Coffee and noticed that they had french crullers! Haven’t had one in years! I am from MA and my husband was a baker back in the day when donuts were made in EACH store 4 times a day. KEEP the CRULLER! There has been great strides to improve this location!
