Sent a mobile order for pick up, food was ready when I arrived but waited on the cocoa cloud latte for 10+ minutes. The employee who finally made it had no idea how – the cup was half full of milk. He added a small shot of espresso (drink doesn’t even have espresso and I didnt ask for it), a few pumps of choc/caramel syrup then proceeded to fill the cup with more milk. Never added cold brew coffee. No chocolate cold cream. Didn’t have time to wait for someone to make it and he seemed confused when I said it wasnt right. Left without my coffee and no response for a refund. Very disappointing. Theres almost always something missing from the order, but its usually a small request and no need to make a fuss but today was a different level.

Si for starters internet was not up to date with flavors so had to get something that didn’t go there for then the wife’s ice cream was very soft, she questioned and was told it got left out for a bit. Brownie sundae I got was made well but brownie seemed old/stale. Not a good experience at all but hey they got our money.

Been coming to this location since I moved here two years ago. The staff are all so sweet. They do their best and work hard. You never have to wait a super long time (unless it’s a customer causing the issues). Thanks for making me smile and giving me caffeine!

Absolutely horrible customer service! Calling out the older, dark skin gentleman, if you where my worker i would fire you! I ordered a peach sunshine evergy through the drive thru and got a guava refresher. I went back in to get the problem fixed and he got angry, re made it and slammed it on the counter and walked away. And also made it wrong, I don’t even know what he made me, doesn’t taste like it at all! The peach refresher is orange btw

Went before closing. Like still open hours maybe 20 min before close. They locked the doors up, and I called to see how to order donuts. They said they didn’t have the donuts anymore and only had iced coffee. How do you CLOSE early before closing and trash the donuts before close? What a waste of time, gas, and my 3 year old daughter’s excitement. She’s been asking all day for them. So after dinner we said yes, ran to the store just for the guy to answer the phone with a poor attitude 20 min before closing as we are at the door and asked “where are you” and I said we’re here. And he just gave me silence so I asked do we come through the drive thru? He said yes. Just to say but all we have is iced coffee. I said no donuts?! So with that said- Terrible that they close store early and just ignore customers at the door.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I ordered a few croissant stuffers today, and not only were they cold, but they weren’t even cooked inside. They contain pork. This is a serious health code problem. I called them to speak to the manager and the person who was there told me the manager was not present and that they were sorry but the people there were new. Are you kidding me? I could have ended up in the hospital. That was uncooked bacon. That’s not a good enough excuse!

Sometimes the sweet tea is great but for the last 2 or 3 times it wasn’t freshly made. It was terrible, older and tasted soured . Your food, coffee ☕ and sandwiches plus doughnuts are good it’s just that I like ice tea and freshly made. Please check it each day. I understand you get extremely busy and finding the time to do everything right is a challenge in these days.

went to order an evening drink, some man was talking and a woman but the dude was very rude i told him my order and he kept saying “what” in a disgusted tone. Didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. The woman defended him even though he was obviously very rude. If you don’t mind your order taker being completely rude then sure go here. Otherwise, starbucks is just up the street, tastes better, and are alot nicer!
