Don’t go at night. The two “kids” there are terrible. Coffee has been awful 3 times now you’d think I’d learn my lesson. I guess now I did. Here the loaded hash browns that took about 8 mins… slop and seems about half an order. Bagel minis, cold…how hard is it there was 2 other people there. 3 stars… extra 2 stars from 1 for the morning crew.

I frequent this location often and never had an experience like today. I literally sat in the drive thru ( no way out) for a half hour. Finally get to window and poor kid was working all by himself. Drink was delicious, service was poor. Drinks in photo obviously sitting for awhile.

We came in on la Wed at 11am and it was packed. This is a popular Dunkin and the crowd of customers seem to be regulars. Great family feeling. They had a lot of employees working which made the service fast! Bathrooms and lobby was really clean and there’s plenty of parking.

I’m glad i don’t live in this state because none of the Dunkin’s in Michigan are this bad. First they didn’t have large cups, whatever. Partner and i got two medium drinks. We get 2 straws, and both are broken. I mean completely non drinkable. So two whole drinks, completely wasted because the straws were garbage. Never again. I’ve worked in food and coffee, it’s really not that complicated lmfao get it together.

Well, I only come here when I have to. When I got my caramel coffee here, it didn’t taste like the one I ordered. It was really bitter with no sugar, and my hashbrowns were soggy with some burnt edges. When I took it back to replace it, the manager on duty told me there was something wrong with my taste buds and that everything was fine with my order. She didn’t even refund me the hashbrowns, and we ended up just replacing it with a doughnut. When I asked if I could have a straw with my coffee, she said, “Get it yourself. It’s right over there,” in a snarky tone. I understand they were busy, but I don’t feel like I should’ve been treated this way as a customer.

I had my second coffee of the year at this place. Quality was consistent with other Dunkin coffee shops.
It was very busy but the store had an adequate number of employees who were handling it well.

i’m not the one to complain over a review but this is actually ridiculous the girls NEVER mess up it’s always the man with the glasses at the drive through who always gets my order wrong. even tho he repeats it back to me and tells me the right price, is everything the same price? absolutely sucks because i work close to this dunkin. threw it away once i got to work. AND TO ADD ON he slammed the window in my face, he clarified the order and i said no ____ is what i got & slammed and walked away the second i was saying what i got. and still proceeded to give me the wrong drink. this isn’t the first time this has happened and its only with him. i was not an ounce bit rude to him both times. what a shame

The manager is extremely rude. Like extremely. Wouldn’t let me add a doughnut and wouldn’t let me put oat milk in latte instead of regular milk claiming she already had finished ringing in my order but I hadn’t even paid. Claiming all her registers are down with major major attitude. She’s awful. Do better.
