This location is the worse ever! Ordered two large iced coffee cost over $7 and got almost a whole cup of ice and maybe 1/5 cup of coffee! That’s ridiculous!! They don’t toast the bagels and the sandwich is not fully warmed up.

I need a manager to call me back today. My entire order was stale and hard. Y’all literally gave me 2 week old left overs that yall reheated for a second and then handed it to me. The hash browns are super hard and just straight up oil and the sandwich bread is horrible, super hard to bite. It just completely crumbled in my mouth when I took a bite. I have called 5 times and no one answered.

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I can deal with the fact that no one speaks English if they could at least get the order right. Yesterday, no one asked if I wanted to order, just told me I was in the way of the girl trying to mop. Breakfast wrap was thrown in the bag not even together. Today, same order. First tried charging me double even after I said something. They didn’t care. Then I get this uncooked, old cheese, taste like rubber crap of a wrap. They got the other guys order completely wrong after me. I waited 15 mins for the wrap and it’s uncooked. It’s not a hard job. They’re just lazy and don’t care.

I was not satisfied with the service. Someone urgently needs to teach the cashier boy how to treat customers properly. He was extremely unfriendly and unpleasant. Also, there is a serious ventilation issue inside the place smelled strongly of grease.

Just grabbed some hash browns bacon and a donut. Hash is like 5 pieces and bacon is grossly limp barely cooked but hard as a rock probably from first thing this AM just sitting out. Donut is fine but super dry so my daughters didn’t want them anyway. Counter girl didnt say a word either just handed our stuff like a zombie. I’d you can, it’s the worth the drive to a different location

I never can understand why they don’t toast the beagles before they make the sandwich. Even when requested you get a swamp muffin. I haven’t seen something this white and pasty since the Highland Games. I was pleasantly surprised that everything we ordered was in the bag, this time. The last review that I made for Dunkin’ Donuts was when they screwed up my black coffee, literally screwed up a black coffee by putting milk in it and not just milk as you would a normal coffee with cream but enough that it was a mistake. They knew it and they still served it. I didn’t think it was possible to screw up black coffee, but they did. This time in order to buy coffee and it had ice. I’m going to chalk this one up to not reading back the order.

WARNING !!!! 7/9/2025 NEW DUNKIN MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION. VERY RUDE..CRUEL AND STUCK UP! . I ASKED FOR THE OLD MANAGER SHE SAID SHE GOT FIRED AND SHE’S THE NEW MANAGER HERE AND I ASKED HER WHY THEY DO THE BACON CROISSANT THIS WAY AND SHE SAYS THAT’S THE WAY SHE MAKES THEM. SHE THEN TOLD ME WHY I KEEP GOING TO HER STORE? SHE TOLD ME TO STOP GOING THERE.. THIS IS THE VERY FIRST TIME I MEET HER. MIND THAT SHE ONLY THE MANAGER.
On today 2/9/2025 I posted two videos on Facebook about the service that I got here and where the girls were working outside or should I say not working outside.. I called corporate again Tell him to check out my video on Facebook!! Hopefully corporate will come over and take over here so that we have better services here at this dunkin’ donuts in the afternoon!!! On today 12/22/24 at 7:20 pm I drove up waited and honked my horn for a good 3 minutes until someone answered ..they had absolutely no Donuts..and. No Muffins.. nothing at ALL! It’s sad that the owners don’t do field / store checks.
Monday through Friday the service is okay but come Saturday and Sunday you are going to be in line 25 minutes to 30 minutes why because they’re all back there talking in Spanish just telling each other’s life and not coming to the window also on weekends there’s no managers on sit. So the staff won’t accept any currency higher than 20.00 bills. Order of the manager (cavil) ??? Well since when does a manager take over the store and does not fallow store policy? Just terrible

Dropped in this morning for a ice beverage, my greeting was outstanding and I felt like they actually wanted me there. Not like DD @ Davis & Collier . I drive literally to this location on Golden Gate PkWy to get better service ! !
