This is literally just a drive thru location. You can’t go inside. The line was a little bit long so I waited for about 10 minutes just to get to the window and place an order but the coffee and bagel sandwich was delicious. Just make sure you add chipotle sauce to your sandwich. It makes it even better!

I understand working the drive-through on a Saturday morning could be very undesirable but WOW…..they need people with a better attitude in the mornings. The lady at the window gave me instant depression when I got my breakfast. Please train your morning weekend staff to at least pretend to be happy. Hope she heals from whatever she’s going through. Nothing personal but I won’t be coming back.

Just came from this location and am very upset. i was waiting in line in the drive-thru. The young man at the window was talking to what appeared to be friends. so after waiting at least 5 mins i beeped my horn. When i got to the window said ‘did u beep’ and i replied yes he said ‘don’t do that” to which i replied why not, he said just dont do it. as i drove away he said ‘ it’s people like you’ and shut the window in my face. I’m an elderly woman who goes to this drive thru everyday and cant believe a young man spoke to me like this. Igo to this drive thru everyday and never had a problem

I have never had a good experience at this location. The ladies here are SO RUDE it’s ridiculous! There’s one with an accent and then a dark haired one who are unpleasant every single time. Whoever owns this location needs to go in and re-evaluate his employees because from the other reviews I’m not the only one seeing this issue!

I went to the Dunkin donuts today Saturday November 15th I frequent there a lot and today I was told by a very rude employee by the name of James that I could not have my drink the way I like it which I’ve had several several times since I’ve lived in this location for over 20 years so I got nothing and I will no longer go to that dunkin’ donuts and I will tell everyone I know about this experience that I’ve had. When I asked his name he said go ahead and complain about me, I don’t care.

If i could genuinely give this store a 0 star i would, they’ve never been the nicest as well as always making a simple signature latte terrible everytime. Unfortunately its very close to my job so sometimes i go for convenience. So I do an online order today and i get a caramel craze latte i used my points for and a bagel. Of course bagel was terrible and barely any cream cheese but tell me why i was done with my latte since again it was made bad today and i go to put it in the sink and a HUGE piece of plastic came out of my cup how do you miss plastic that big? They put ice and HOT coffee over PLASTIC IN MY CUP i have no idea what its from either it has an expiration date. After calling i will be getting a refund but that still doesnt justify i drank a lot of my coffee with PLASTIC in it. I promise you i will never go to a dunkin again especially this one. I do an online order thinking im safe but there PLASTIC i just dont buy them “missing it” no way overall terrible store and clearly not smart people i do not recommend just go to urban buzz or Starbucks save ur money and time.

The young man that worked on Aug 26th at 243pm needs to be humble, not get offended if he made the wrong drink or he heard me wrong.Just remake and or I can order. Today I ordered the same thing I order everyday when I come to this location and I’ve noticed that if I come before noon everything is fine order is correct and service is wondering but if I come after noon they can ever seem to get my order correct and like I said I order the same thing every time I dont understand especially being a fast food restaurant Management so after the second time I’m refuse to go back on the same day to get a order correct!!! FOCUS 8S DEFINITELY NEEDED WITH THOSE KIDS THEY HAVE IN THERE AFTERNOON SHIFT!! ITS VERY IMPORTANT AS A MANAGER TO NOT HIRE ANYONE!!!
