I am writing this to warn others about a very upsetting experience at this Dunkin’ (829 S Tamiami Trl Port Charlotte , Fl 33953). I didn’t catch the name of the employee, but she was blonde with very prominent/thick eyebrows.
Her behavior was intentionally disrespectful and ruined my morning. She purposefully stuck the receipt inside the bag, directly onto my donuts. No one does this by mistake; it was a deliberate act. When I opened the bag to eat, the paper was stuck to the chocolate frosting, making the donut inedible. I had to throw my food away.
We all work hard for our money, and nothing is free. To have an employee intentionally spoil a paid purchase is unacceptable and spiteful. Management needs to address this behavior immediately.

Braylin, the young gentleman that works the window occasionally when I come by and order my 2 shots of espresso over ice, has always had such an amazing attitude, very personable, and always has a big smile on his face! The entire crew here is amazing. Forgive me, for I forgot the 2 ladies names but one day my card had gotten shut off for “suspicious activity”. I was on the phone w my bank waiting to get my order, and the two ladies working that night just brought it out to car and paid for me. They told me to have a good day, and sent me on my way. I love this location!

i ordered two sandwiches and two coffees at 6:45 am at this establishment got there around 7:30 to pick my food up not busy at all and still had to wait till 8am to get my order. unorganized and the worker got my order wrong twice. wrong coffee and forgot the sandwich. the ticket it right where they can see not really understanding why it took so long. the workers were professional and still had manners and gave me half a dozen donuts for the long wait. my food was not properly prepared at all my drink taste like water down powdered milk. the best thing i got was the free donuts

Try not to order from this one. 9 times out of 10, they don’t even have what you want. Dunkin’ Donuts but never have donuts? Crazy.

We ordered two strawberry drinks. One iced coffee and a meal deal. The girl that was checking us out kept going back and forth between our order and a DoorDash order as we were trying to order. My husband ordered an iced coffee with two vanilla and two mocha. Wrong. He got two vanilla and two milk. Then I asked about the meal deal and she only gave us the sandwich. Then told us we didn’t order a meal deal. I told her he was waiting for you to ask for the drink. She argued that she asked him if that was everything and he said yes. He did say yes bc he thought we were getting the meal deal! So I asked her how do we fix it. She charged us for a new drink (I asked for an iced mocha coffee with cream and sugar and was given an iced latte. Lattes are not included in the meal deal) bc we didn’t get the drink or hashbrowns that come with the meal deal. In my opinion, you are supposed to ask follow up questions about what you want with the meal deal -what kind of drink, etc. The bacon, egg and cheese bagel that we ordered for the meal deal, didn’t even have bacon on it. I asked her if that was the Bacon, egg and cheese bagel, she said yes. The sticker on the side said egg and cheese -.- Maybe next time, FINISH with the people at the counter before you go do a DoorDash order. That’s why everything but the two drinks were wrong. We also never got a receipt to look at anything. Poor service all around. I even looked at my husband and said stuff will be wrong bc she kept walking away as we were trying to order. And I was right. We order the exact same things every single time we go to Dunkin. Nothing is different in this order. This is our second time at this location. We won’t be returning. While we were there someone else didn’t receive things they ordered as well!

went for a caramel iced latte, maybe the girl was new… But why would you steam hot milk for an iced drink. It was horrible.
Went on another occasion and the young lady was very rude or just maybe didn’t want to be there. Wish them luck. New management really needs some work, owners included in that.

Aubrey is an absolute Dunkin’ star ⭐️ I had a large order for all of my coworkers and she solo’d the order herself and provided excellent customer service and wonderful drinks. thank you so much Dunkin’ Donuts for hiring this outstanding young lady. She deserves a raise!
