this is some total bs I waited over 30 minutes for this when the place was empty and when I asked the green haired lady if my order was being worked on she just said I don’t know and walked away plus the inside was disgusting they had a vent above the take out orders that was dripping water on everybody’s drinks DO NOT GO HERE

I love Dunkin…but this place needs a DEEP CLEAN. FIRST not greeted went to counter server walks away looks like she is the only one here. We waited for at least 10 min no one came so we placed our order thru a kiosk. Needed to use the rest room… I should of used a tree outside…looks and smells like it wasn’t cleaned in a month. Here is the BEST sitting waiting 10 min plus finally a customer asked if my name was #*$&#< I said yes she said your food and drinks have been sitting there OMG....FOOD WAS 5 OUT OF 10. Disappointed very Disappointed ohhhh needed a fork...they gave me a knife out of forks!!!!!!!

I tried the self-serve food order. It took forever to get through it I had one lady feel sorry for me and asked me if I wanted to get in front of her because she saw me fighting with the machine. Finally got my order in got my coffee quite quickly pretty mediocre coffee to be honest and to make matters even better the employees were all squabbling with each other. Not my idea of an inviting environment to enjoy a coffee which wasn’t that enjoyable

I went there 10 times past three months to order large dunkin’.Latte! Twice. They said they don’t sell it anymore, then few times they said they ran out of the milk. This place is so frustrating. All you want is a Dunkin’ latte, They can’t get it together!!!

Hours ago I ordered a Medium Caramel Craze w/ oatmilk. When I got my drink I took a sip and realized it was a caramel latte. They were very kind enough to remake it. I got my caramel craze and drove off I took a few sips down the road just to realize it was made with Dairy Milk instead of Oatmilk. I cannot express how important it is to take it seriously when someone orders non dairy. I am lactose intolerant and Dairy puts me in tremendous amounts of pain such as simple mistake can harm someone. I don’t order Oatmilk for the trend I order it because I avoid ALL dairy in general and it can cause greater health issues.
An extra star because at the least it was remade, thank goodness I know the difference between different milks because just drinking less than a quarter of the drink I had to cancel running errands. I wasted money on a drink I cannot finish.

I just wanna say I just recently moved to punto.Gorda, florida and melissa and bonnie are the only reason why I come to this dunkin’.Donuts, they’re amazing professional, very courteous and willing to go out of their way for their customers

This place is absolutely AWFUL! Wasn’t greeted when I walked in. Lady at counter was eating her donut. Not professional. If i did that at my old job they would have flipped out on me.
Waited for her to come back only to grab another employee to handle our order. Came in at 12:20. This place needs a DEEP CLEAN!!! I would be embarrassed to represent this place. If you have time to talk you have time to CLEAN! Coffee was great though. What’s wrong with having any pride anymore? I would rather go to McDonald’s to be honest. Dunkin has gone down. Plus more expensive.

Last week, I purchased a dozen donuts, and they had ants crawling on them. I understand that such things can happen in a donut store. However, it has now been a week since my last visit, and I returned to buy another dozen donuts, only to find ants crawling all over them again. I’m reporting this to the local officials because it is unacceptable. The store needs to stop selling these products and call in a professional pest control company to address the issue. Selling donuts covered in ants is a serious problem for me!
