we stood in line for twenty minutes patiently waiting to order. We finally did and the lady ended up making all the drinks wrong. My mom ordered an iced chai and she got an ice coffee. I had ordered my dad a hot coffee and she gave it to me iced and when I corrected her she just looked at me. Interesting experience to say the least. Clearly did not care if she got it wrong. Very poor customer service!

The young, chubby, white Latina who serves in the morning is very pedantic. She doesn’t say good morning, much less goodbye. She responds with indifference. She’s not pleasant. What terrible service. If she doesn’t like her job, why doesn’t she just leave? I won’t shop there again, and I’ll tell everyone I know not to either, to avoid any inconvenience.

I am not a coffee or tea drinker. I like to drink lemonade, hot chocolate, and apple cider. And this place doesn’t have or the machine is down. And I had a gift card and they didn’t accept it. Don’t eat here unless you really want to. Go to a dunkin’s elsewhere

Went to the one between c and d terminal today about 530 am which I understand is early. Long line and lady very slow. Understandable. People were walking out of line mad. Both ice coffees we got were horrible. One had 3 ice cubes and both no flavor. Asked for chocolate glazed and got chocolate frosted donut. Even with trying to be extra nice she was very rude the whole time to everyone. Literally threw away both coffees and donuts.
