I had the $6 deal. Coffee sandwich and hash browns. The sandwich was good. The hash browns were mushy with a slight crisp. The coffee as usual was good. The service is busy. They have outside seating that starts out in the shade and then gets full sun as it rises.

It’s your typical DD, clean and efficient. Staff was friendly and polite. No mayonnaise or even packets which is odd. Ate our sandwiches dry. Hash browns were tiny and few for the money.

Whether it’s before work, after work, or even during my break, I always be coming to this one. At first I was like, “What’s even the point of a no drive thru Dunkin’?” Then I realized: Who cares? Cuz when you walk in, you’re greeted with what I feel is the best Dunkin’ staff around here. When they see me comin’ with my uniform on, they know what’s up. It’ll all be a short visit, waiting for my usual order which is currently the Daydream Refresher but I haven’t stopped comin’ here. In fact, I always try to find a way to come here. It’s quiet, ready to order, and I’m always out with a smile and a good drink. Sometimes…even a donut. Thanks, y’all!

Why is there 3 pieces of ice in my coffee everrryyyyyyy singleeeeee timeeee????!! And why does my iced coffee taste like sugar milk constantly???! Where is the coffee?!?! I try getting espresso shots and it’s still watery milky sugar! It’s so obnoxious at this point. I spend WAAAAAAY too much money every week for yall to be this lazy. common sense says if you run out of everything bagels every single day before 9 am you should probably order more everything bagels. they never have many donuts either. i just want to be able to order a permanent menu item, that should not be difficult. drinks are rung up wrong or made wrong about 50% of the time. i used to come almost everyday but i drive out of my way to go to other locations now.

This place is always busy so make sure you are patient. There is no drive thru but the staff is always friendly, helpful, and hopping to get the orders done. They have a nice place to sit inside (small) and outside (with umbrellas). I will say that I just started using their app and that is definitely the way to go! Order ahead, walk in walk out! Thank you for a great experience!

Saturday they made my food wrong, I ordered bagels and received croissants for 4 sandwiches, the last 2 days this week 9/30 and 10/1 I placed a mobile order at 515am and they weren’t open, and one of the ladies that opens is CONSTANTLY complaining about how she shouldn’t open when she has 2 customers right at open. I order black coffee every morning via mobile order that’s really not that hard to make. Coincidently both days this week the store was closed when I arrived at 515 I’m almost certain are her days to open.
Now I have to request 2 refunds via corporate including points usage and it’s just a massive inconvenience for myself that comes here every single day.

Friendly and quick service during this visit. I still don’t like that, when you ask for less ice, you get less drink. This doesn’t happen in all Dunkins, and it’s not saving them significant money. Stupid.

It is absolutely ridiculous that employees aren’t allowed to accept cash tips anymore. The franchisee and Dunkin should be ashamed of themselves. Their employees and managers work hard enough for what I assume isn’t enough pay as it is. Its sad how much employers take advantage of their workers. I’m encouragint everyone I know to stop supporting Dunkin in every way possible. This is my last coffee here. And I left my cash on the counter.
