What even is this?! I asked for extra toasted and extra cream cheese and THIS is what I get? Absolutely unacceptable. The fact that someone thought this was okay to hand to a customer just screams no care in what they’re doing. And of course when I try to call their number “isn’t accepting calls right now.” How convenient. This right here is exactly why I stopped going to Dunkin. The only reason I even went today was because I had a gift card, and now I remember why. Pathetic.

TWICE NOW I have had a worker not show me the tip screen and then selected the tip themselves to which I ask for my receipt they take forever and then apologize for “accidently” selecting a tip.
I would be fine except today I was charged for my meal and the car behind me and they only refunded me for part of the extra meal they charged me THEY KEPT the tip out of my refund. This is just blatantly rude and this has happened all in one week.

All I can say is if your order is special (ie: not exactly as the menu: like no cheese or egg)make sure you check everything before you leave because 9 times outta 10 they made your order incorrect. Most of the time the cashier gets the order correct but I guess the people in the back either can’t read or are robots and are used to making things as listed in the menu. You’d think this place would make the order correct since I’m asking for less (ie: no egg or cheese) and still paying the same price. I guess they like to waste food ♀️ ♀️… Just double check your food!

I ordered my food at 10:00 AM and it was relatively empty, but I ended up getting my food at 10:45 AM after going up to check my order 3 times, them losing my receipt, and 20 other people getting their food before me. The staff isn’t very coordinated and don’t show care about your order or how fast it takes. Would recommend taking the drive to a different Dunkin even if you are in the hotel right next to it.

Manager locked us in at 6:20. Told all the customers behind us to not let anyone else in. Waited on everybody in front of us and when it was our turn at 6:25 she told us the lobby was closed and refused to serve the remaining customers in the lobby!

First time dining in this Dunkin location. Were very happy with our order it was correct and tasting good. The staff were nice and sweet very fast service. The restaurant was clean. Overall it was a good breakfast we enjoyed our time there.

First they shorted my order & wouldn’t answer the phone so I had to call DoorDash then two weeks later on Halloween my coworker placed an order & I went to pick it up the order wasn’t ready yet they were packing the coffee & other creamers sugar gave me the bags I get back to my work & they didn’t put the bucket of doughnut holes on the order but told me your all set. I drive back wait inline tell them what happened and the manager was about to say something but the guy that packed the order said yep you didn’t get it because nobody packed it. Not a problem but the manager kinda pissed me off with out even saying sorry this happened or anything so this is my last time with Dunkin’.

Always a great cup of coffee with smiles, the consistency is very appreciated, my favorite donuts too, Also love my French vanilla ice coffee after noon, we are a family of fans.

Frequent visits here! Always a nice stop for the morning Joe. I might recommend their double shot of espresso- which is always strong. For the most part, wait times aren’t too bad. I’ve had a few hold ups. However, I think it was some of the former employees they had working there.
One observation, which as a customer I’d prefer not to see it… they have their drive thru screen visible to anyone in the store, which apparently tracks times, goals, and the number of customers amongst many different locations. Every time I order and watch this screen, I start getting the feeling that I’m just another number to them. The faster they get me in and out, the faster they make money. Unfortunately, it’s the truth. Mine as well “Lower your Expectations!”

Lately the service is just terrible. The employees are loud and distracted. The dining room was a mess and when I looked into the counter I saw food all over the floor… the place smelled like smoke and the tall blonde guy was yelling and made my wife and kids uncomfortable. Come to find out that’s the manager. Will never be returning here and strongly suggest new management and crew.
