Well first of all, I ordered to this location by mistake, meaning to go to the other one in Winter Haven (a location much better.) I like my hot chocolate with cream in it, but there’s no option for that on the app, and so every time I do a pickup order, I call the store 10 minutes or so before the pickup time to let them know that I’d like cream and not the vanilla shots. This has never been an issue until I’ve ordered at this location. I called the store and the employee that answered was rude and annoyed, but she AGREED to do the cream instead of vanilla. I got the order and it was vanilla. :/. It would be one thing entirely if she informed me that she was unable to do that, but that wasn’t the case. She agreed to do that and then did not. It’s very disappointing because I find Dunkin’s vanilla shots very disgusting (at least with the hot chocolate). I didn’t drink it right away because it was burning hot, and so I was halfway home when I took a sip and realized. I ended up just throwing it out. On the plus side, the employee I interacted with while picking up the order was very nice and friendly. (Also, the Dunkin was not busy in the slightest, so they weren’t just busy and overwhelmed.)

I preordered my food around 7:30 AM. I chose to pick up my order via the drive thru because they have historically been extremely slow when I pick up the order inside. Meaning it’s taken over 20 minutes to receive the order. I typically place my order a minimum of 10 minutes before arriving to the restaurant. Going back to today, the drive thru line was relatively short and it took over 30 minutes to get to the speaker. I got to the speaker around 8:00, as I writing I did not receive my food until 8:15.

Slowest experience I have ever experienced.
Especially when you time out your morning or afternoon. Make sure to accommodate 20-30 minutes waiting at this location from the speaker to the window, with a minimal line.
This location is in a good spot but not worth the wait or customer service.

The worst Dunkin in winter haven. Customer service is terrible. The wait is about an hour for just one order of coffee at any time of the day. The workers are lost, don’t even remember what you ordered. The waits are so long there will be double lines of cars wrapped around the location. Go to another Dunkin. Not this one.

I only come to this location on Sundays due to being on a time limit and it’s the closest location but it is by far the worst location I’ve been too. They constantly make my order incorrectly, when I ask for it to be fixed they take it and hand it right back to me the same way. I pay for extras that I don’t receive. I’m paying for coffee! NOT sweet milk. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Dunkin, you really need to be checking in on your stores because your employees being lazy, is giving you a bad reputation. Take the extra 10 minute drive to the next location if actually want coffee. I will be from now on.

Go elsewhere if you can! Your coffee drink will most likely end up wrong or taste like milk vs coffee because they can’t seem to ever make a drink right here. Your donuts will be uncooked and taste like dough! I was absolutely disgusted when I bit into my donut to get a mouth full of uncooked dough in the middle. This dunkin has done us wrong too many times to ever go back!!!!

I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts location to do some online work and ordered a hot coffee and a bagel during the Bogo Happy Hour, which starts after 2 PM. After finishing my work, I returned 45 minutes later to get my free coffee, but I was denied. I was told that the free coffee had to be included with my original order, which didn’t make sense since I was working on my laptop the whole time, and the night shift staff saw me there. To avoid, I ended up buying another coffee. So, here’s the thing, I’ve been to other Dunkin’ in the area and never had this issue before, nor been denied for a FREE coffee during Bogo Happy Hour.
Here’s a suggestion: Retrain your night shift staff and next time you run a Bogo Happy Hour offer, please make sure your advertisement is clear this way your staff doesn’t have to deny your customers the FREE coffee during Bogo Happy Hour.
Lastly, maybe if the night shift staff spent less time on their phones, the bathroom would be cleaner..

Slow and take a long time even when there is only one or two other cars in the drive thru. One time it took them 45mins to complete the food item in my mobile order and it was incorrect. I do feel bad for the workers, it is chaotic and disorganized.

Everyone seems to love Dunkin, and while I do enjoy the donuts, I do not recommend the a breakfast sandwich with hashbrowns. The food was too greasy to eat & the 5 hashbrowns I received had a burned oil flavor that I couldn’t get out of my mouth after eating only one.
