This is the third time I’ve been in this particular Dunkin’ Donuts and the service inside is horrible. They want you to use the kiosk so they ignore you if you stand at the counter and then if you order from the kiosk, they’re too busy filling the orders for the drive-through to make your order I ordered an iced coffee and two donuts. It took me 15 minutes to get it and I had to ask where it was. They proceeded to tell me that they get in trouble if they don’t take care of the drive-through, but apparently that’s the only thing that matters at this Dunkin’ Donuts so if you go there, the drive-through is your best bet I will never go there again. EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

I usually love Dunkin’, but the customer service at this location has really gone downhill. Some of the girls working here are very rude and dismissive — no greeting, no smile, and they act like helping customers is an inconvenience. I’ve had multiple experiences where my order was wrong or handed to me without so much as a word.

Everyone has off days, but this has become a pattern, and it really takes away from the experience. I hope management can address the attitude and retrain the staff on basic courtesy and professionalism, because this could be such a great spot if the service improved.

I wish I could give zero stars. I frequent this location often, and more times than not, I am missing items, the order is wrong, and/or the staff is rude. I never complain, because I remember what it is like to work at a fast food restaurant, and I chalk it up to the staff being young and ignorant at times. This time, I made a mobile pick up order. I pulled up to the window, and a couple young female employees just looked at me and walked away from the window. Finally, a young girl opened the window and told me that they were out of items that I ordered. I asked if they even started making the other items that were in. stock and she said no. I was told I could just get a refund but it would have to be through the app. My order was $24, so I have tried several times to request a refund, but have been given the runaround. The online services are “down” and you can only email, which responses take 2 business days. I received a coupon for a free donut WITH A PURCHASE. I will never go back to a Dunkin because of this. I have never felt so mistreated and uncared about. Awful service, Dunkin. Do better.

Staff’s attitude is HORRIBLE every time! On multiple occasions our orders have been wrong. On our recent visit, a sandwich and a wrap had hair in them. Truly doesn’t deserve any stars!!

Hope you like the taste of cleaning chemicals bc that’s what all there food taste like. Don’t drive away without checking if you have everything you ordered bc 99% of the time they forget half your order. Not to mention none of the girls are friendly, horrible customer service. Go to the one in South Sebring.

Online orders for drive thru pu are incorrect about 1/3 of the time. Order AND pay for extra sauce on a breakfast sandwich – no extra sauce. Ordered 2 bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant with WHITE CHEDDAR cheese, 1 was correct and the other had american cheese. And the errors go on and on. I gave up calling and complaining, it falls on deaf ears.

So I went up to dunkin’s to grab me a midday coffee, and I had the most horrible experience! The North Sebring Duncan sucks they had two workers in there who did not know how to make any drinks I ordered two large drinks both of them were incorrect a large Frozen caramel coffee they added vanilla too for some reason and a holiday signature latte that was white as milk didn’t even look like it had an ounce of coffee in it! When they were asked if they could remake it they came up with excuses as to why they couldn’t or why it was the way it was! The quality and service at North Duncan’s really sucks! Don’t waste your time money or efforts come down to South Sebring and go visit this Duncan’s because they are always on point they have great customer service and they don’t mess up your drinks! The picture I attached is a picture of their signature cookie latte! There’s no Management in this store the entire weekend until Monday so hopefully a manager Monday can be found to rectify this issue because this is ridiculous!

One of my absolute favorite Dunkin locations! The employees are always in a great mood and it’s a good start to a morning. They make butter pecan oat milk, and one sugar perfectly.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The workers are extremely rude and non attentive to customers. No greeting or anything. Always get my order wrong and never apologize for the inconvenience. Very disappointing at how downhill staffing at this location has gotten. Do better !!

Very poor organization from the manager. Today, Sunday, I’ve been waiting inside the store for over 25 minutes just for a croissant and some donuts, while the drive-thru keeps serving customers non-stop. There are only two people working, which is nowhere near enough for a day like this. It’s not the employees’ fault — they’re clearly doing their best — but it shows the manager’s poor planning in not having enough staff to serve all customers efficiently.
