I’ve been here a few times and I’ve never had a bad experience. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I always dined in and always could find a place to eat. Great coffee who would expect anything different from Dunkin.

Ordered coffee, donuts and hash browns this morning and everything was horrible. I’m not sure what was going on in there this morning but we had a dozen stale donuts, I can’t even explain how disgusting the hash browns were so I attached a picture. It seems like they tried to cook them in cold oil. To think someone would actually serve that is beyond me. The coffee had way to much sweetener and sugar, it was not drinkable. I recommend to go down the road to a different Dunkin this place is horrible.

So, I order several avocado toast. The bread was cold not toasted, then I notify the staff the bread wasn’t toasted, it was cold. So they took my food back and just toasted with the avocado on top. Very disgusting. I won’t take it back to them, because God knows what would they give me or do to my food, but I’ll do my self a favor and never go back there.

Dunkin Manager, you had 2 employees Sunday 22nd, around 7pm who did not want to work whatsoever. Me and another customer were in the drive through trying to order with absolutely no answer. The other customer drove away, I thought you were closed. I walked in and to my surprise there were 2 workers and no other customers. Both workers never spoke or looked up when I walked in, literally looked miserable to be there. I waited a good minute before the girl actually seen me and took my order, then the other male made my drink and when the shots of expresso were done I waited as it sat there on the machine for him to finish up, as apparently the text on his phone was more important for him to finish before my drink.

They get your orders correct but I think they might be short staffed because drive thru is quite a long wait – up to 15 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of you.
