Customer service is pretty good. The employees are usually kind and pleasant. But this location always seems to be out of things, whether its sugar, milk, or flavors, etc. The drinks aren’t consistent either. I can order the same drink everyday and not once will it taste the same as before.

At this location they are not very Professional or organized. They were out of Black Tea. Really disappointed, didn’t get orders right. The only location that don’t give first responder discount – only senior. The my bagel wasn’t even toasted with butter- cream cheese I did not order!

I only get the Tuna on a Bagel. It’s really good, and the bagel is soft. I’ve tried the strawberry milk tea, but it’s too thick for me. Oh, the strawberry donuts are also good. I’m not sure what anything else tastes like.

I have not had this issue with other dunkin’s in the area. this dunkin does not know AT ALL how to make signature drinks. she even had to remake it and it was still wrong. the employees need retraining on how to make the signature lattes

They got me for a $5 coffee. I went in to get a coffee and a donut because the drive through was busy. Waited well over 20 minutes never received my order and finally gave up and left. Can’t believe dd would steal from there customers but here we are.
