Good morning! I just wanted to share that for a lot of people coffee is one of the first things people run for after waking up! AND if not made correctly, can ruin someones whole day! I work on hwy 27 and have multiple Dunkin Donuts on this road. I have went to them all and i dont typically miss a day! I was previously going to another location on 27 but after several bad experiences i started coming to this one across from posner and after about two month i can say i have not had ANY bad experiences! They make my coffee right everytime and if i ask for any extras they are polite and accomodating. Rosa, micah, and jennifer greet me every morning with a big smile and even remember my name and my order! Great customer service 10/10 reccommend.

Gave me the wrong order. Bag was labeled with what I ordered but they gave me the wrong thing. This location has always sucked the donut quality is trash but like I only ordered one sandwich and nobody else was there so how do you mess that up?

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a Dunkin and I go every single morning for the past 2-3 years and the bacon was raw at this location didn’t even realize so when I ate it I could tell it was still raw and the bagels were rock solid and tasted like they were on the shelf for a few days.. only thing that was good was the donut and nothing even needs to be done for that to be sold.. This location needs to get it together. And get more staff.

This is for Rosa, she is always friendly and lights up your morning. When I go in the drive-through and hear her voice my day is made. I feel a little disappointed if Rosa is not there as this is just another Dunkin with average and sometime unhappy team members. Rosa makes this location the best in service!

I ordered a Hibiscus Hot Tea at this Dunkin’, and even the order sticker clearly says Hibiscus — but what I got inside was Cool Mint Tea! To make it worse, the store number listed doesn’t even work, so there’s no way to contact them about the mistake. Really poor service and attention to detail.

My wife and I prefer this location versus the location we live behind about 15 minutes up 27. We always come here in the morning hours and the staff is the BEST! Very sweet and makes our mornings brighter. I wish I had names to shout out individually. Great start to our days when we come here.
