This is the second time I send in my co-worker to get food she shows the employee the order on her phone and I order a medium hot coffee with cream and sugar and end up with a cup full of cream and no coffee it is very easy order yet you can not get it correct. The only reason we keep going back to this location is because you are the only one in the area but we are going to have to stop going so often because you can not get simple order correct. Very disappointing!

Very disorganized and poorly managed. Stood at the pickup counter for probably 10 mins watching the staffing failures. What I perceived as the manager (blonde in blue shirt) spent a lot of time standing around watching others. Looked at me standing there a few times and not once inquired if I needed anything. It took the lady running drive thru to find out my order wasn’t ready and get my coffee made. Honestly, she was a rockstar and should be the one in charge.

I preordered with the app, arrived and was told they did not have what was needed for the turtle latte And they didn’t have the sour cream donut,n neither one was available. Their truck had not arrived as of yet and was due today. Mind you this was not first thing in the morning when I did order, it was after Noon. So needless to say nothing tasted quite as good as it could have had they had any of what I ordered originally.

Upon arrival was told to wait at the speaker box for 10 minutes with no assistance (picture of the sign below.) Once my order was taken they lost one of my drinks in my order. Service was not helpful. Requested a drink with extra cream and sugar and was told they can not do that. Last week, I ordered a pumpkin signature iced latte, came with NO ice, and NO sweetener. Was lukewarm, and bitter. Have had several unpleasant experiences with this location.

This is a good Dunkin with freindly employees and really good donuts. My donut was soft but firm . A perfect texture . The drive thru speaker worked and I could here the lady. It’s in a somewhat sketchy area but Bartow is sketchy so let’s leave it at that. The refresher was pretty good but it was mostly ice. They are currently hiring and all y’all seniors out there can work here ! How cool is that ! You can tell your grandkids that you are a barista ! Not to shabby!

There are two people working today, but this is, by far, the slowest Dunkin’ I have ever been to! There isn’t any motivation here to get things accomplished quickly. Dunkin’ is a fantastic brand, but this store requires some real leadership! It probably took us 30 minutes to get our order, and they weren’t busy.
