Please see the photo. My Google pixel can take temperatures and as you can see, the beverage was not hot and this drink was no more than 5-10 minutes old. My coworker encountered a not so pleasant worker at this Dunkin and we wonder if this was not an accident. This beverage was supposed to be a hot cocoa and I am that told it tastes like cold coffee instead. To any readers, go to Starbucks down the road.

If I could give them a zero rating I would. So I decided to give them one more chance and that was a mistake. The employees are not always pleasant, prices seem to fluctuate and my last experience was the cashier informing me when I questioned her about my change that I received. I was informed that I have her 14cents instead of the 18cents that was due. So politely informed her that the nickel I gave her was dirty and almost the dame color of the pennies. I literally saw her open the drawer pick it up drop it back down and show me 4 pennies and was informed thats what I gave her. I’m not stupid I know how to count and the lady literally picked it up and looked at it dropped it back down to pick up 4 pennies to show me. I will not be back again, poorly run business.

To franchisee/owner

To be clear, this is an opportunity of growth not a complaint. It’s a reflection of a moment where your business could’ve done better. I am not a victim, this is very much a first world problem, and I am fortunate to have all the problems I have earned.

I ordered a large Matcha latte with no ice. I was given a cup about 3/4 full. The young lady at the window was very nice and apologetic and stated that it was company policy to only fill it that much when ordered with no ice.

I was sold a roughly 32 ounce drink, and since this particular location has a policy of under filling your drink due to ordering with no ice I am only allowed to consume about 20 ounces

First picture is of the drink given to me as I’m driving out of the drive-thru. Second picture is after the foam settled. Since the drink is wider at the top, then at the bottom, my cup is half full.

Franchisee there is no need to create obstacles for your team members that will hinder them from giving great customer service. I’m a firm believer that the service your business provides daily is a direct reflection of your leadership. I’m looking forward to your growth as a leader because it will only help your location grow as well!!

Take care of your team members and they will take care of your customers!!

Please do better!!

2/8 HORRIBLE SERVICE Waited in a line on about five other people and not one of us were helped for over 20 minutes, some had claimed to already had been standing there for about ten minutes before we even arrived. three employees in there with a line wrapped around the building outside as well had no urgency whatsoever in helping people, did not greet anyone as they came in or even say we will be helped in a moment no recognition of the lobby of people whatsoever after walking past multiple times. Got pizza delivered and taken back by employees but still no acknowledgment to customers whatsoever. Witnessed four different people leave while we waited.

This is by far the WORST Dunkin Donuts I’ve EVER been to!!! No matter what time of day you go, you’ll wait FOREVER in drive through for your order. I’ve been in line for 13 minutes now & the line has only pulled forward ONCE! The same 5 people that were inside standing at the counter waiting to order are still standing there too. If I hadn’t placed a mobile order, I would’ve left already & gone somewhere else. They need new management or something because this is absolutely ridiculous!!!

This has to be the slowest service I’ve experienced at a Dunkin location. I wouldn’t bother writing this if it were a one-time issue, but it happens every single time I stop here—even when there are no other customers in line. The wait times are consistently excessive and don’t match the level of traffic in the store. Very frustrating experience overall.

Pulled into the drive thru this morning and saw the sign saying no card payments. Unfortunately, that meant walking away from a $25 order.

I was in the drive thru because I have small children in the car and was trying to get them dropped off and make it to work on time. Going inside isn’t a realistic option in that situation.

I understand policies change, but eliminating card payments in the drive thru removes the entire purpose of having a drive thru in the first place. It’s inconvenient for parents, commuters, and anyone on a tight morning schedule.

Disappointing experience, and an easy sale lost. I won’t be back.

I genuinely feel bad for the employees that are working hard but there are a couple with zero work ethic or customer service. Drive thru was down. I went inside for only a couple donuts and the woman working the counter walked off mid line for a “30 min break” without saying anything to anyone. 10 minutes into her break, another employee noticed the same people were patiently waiting in line and came to the register and asked where the previous employee was because she was still logged into the register. That’s when the break information came out. The guy that came to help had trouble with the register and also walked off without any word to the customers. Eventually I walked out.

This is the third time I’ve been inside this DD and 2/3 times the service was horrible and everyone seemed too overwhelmed to handle the work load. I think there’s a massive opportunity for training and/or leadership support.

Been sitting here in the drive thru line for 15 minutes and have not moved. 1:16pm on a Sunday afternoon. This business is a pathetic joke. Absolutely absurd. Must have a 9 year old running the place. Update: 35 minutes to get one iced coffee. From this point on I will wave as I drive by to go to the south Lakeland (Bartow Road) or 540a store. Never again.

Spent $5.00 on hot chocolate for it to taste like water. The young man taking orders from drive thru obviously didn’t want to be there. Will NEVER go this Bartow location again!!!
