I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts tonight and placed my order via the Drive Thru. I was disappointed to find that my order wasn’t accurate. I ordered glazed, old fashion, boston cream, white powdered custard, chocolate glazed munchkins but when I got my order, some items were incorrect. Specifically, I didn’t receive the old-fashioned and glazed donuts and munchkins, I ordered. I had to place a second order to get the donuts and also Munchkins, which weren’t given or charged in the original order.
What’s concerning is that when I politely expressed my frustration to the staff, my passenger saw an eye rolling from the young employee. As a customer, I expect a higher level of service and respect.
To improve, I would suggest that the staff focus on double-checking orders before handing them over to customers. Additionally, providing better customer service training would go a long way in ensuring customers feel valued and respected.
I hope this feedback is helpful in improving the Dunkin’ Donuts experience for future customers.

While I appreciate the convenience and taste of their products, the order accuracy and customer service issues detracted from my overall experience. My friend and I have been coming in to this particular Dunkin for the past couple of times in a week after venturing to a few.. But this here is by far the best Dunkin donuts I have ever come to all because of Laura.. She’s the best customer service I’ve ever had at any Dunkin donuts facility.. She is friendly, caring, very accommodating, and even remember us.. For customer service anywhere everyone needs a Laura in there companies.. She is the “Go to”..

I’ve been going to this location for years since 2019 to be exact, and I used to love coming here but now I will no longer be going back I will go to lake Alfred or the location inside Walmart instead you sit here for 20-45 mins for two coffees that was placed mobile orders they take care of one car at a time/customer inside they have no sense of urgency they have no hospitality and they don’t speak when you approach the window like I can honestly just go on and on but this management needs to get this location in check as a manager I would never allow the stuff they allow at a customer service place

The drive thru girl was rude as hell. Now the ones who gave us our drinks was sweet yesterday. Idk her name but all she did was ask what we got with an attitude and I told her and she gave me an stank look and walked away. Like we didn’t just tell her our order. I absolutely hate coming to this place anymore. My coffee is never made right, Jay is rude an tells people it’s their problem to fix. The one girl who is usually on the intercom can never hear you an you have to repeat your order 30 times an it still comes out wrong. Y’all should have never lost Shelby. This is far from the only bad experience I have at this Dunkin. Every chance I have given them, has proved to be a bad decision on my part. From ridiculously long wait times, being out of the most basic items, extremely rude customer service ( however, there are a few kind employees I have encountered) and then finally disasters in the quality of the food and beverages this location produces. Behold my disgustingly burnt croissant. I choked down the other one on the way home because I didn’t have time to turn around but I cannot believe I was served these. I hope the pictures do it justice but the croissants were so burnt and tasted so terrible, I just ate the bacon egg and cheese inside them, which managed to also be disappointing with a tiny piece of cheese and little bacon. The loaded hash browns were a joke to with giant pieces of bacon and almost no hash browns in them. If you don’t have time to stop at the Dunkin Donuts in the aubundale Walmart, do yourself a favor and do not settle for this
location because it has a drive through, you will very likely regret it.

Ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a latte. The bagel was fine but I requested an extra shot of expresso and didn’t receive it. The order was repeated yet they failed to honor my request and I was charged for something that I didn’t receive.

They have the most incompetent people working here. I order the same thing every week and some how it turns out different every single time. They’re Constantly forgetting things in my order so i always have to go back inside and grab my correct order. Slowest dunkin ever.

This is the slowest Dunkin ever. If you’re looking for a fast spot to stop for coffee this is not the place for you! You go through the drive through with 3 cars in it and you’ll be waiting 30 minutes to even get served. I’m not sure if it needs new management to be able to properly distribute responsibilities for a more efficient operation of the facility or what but something needs to change.
