I was craving an iced latte in the evening on my way to girls game night. Coffee is not an issue for me as long as it’s decaf. I ordered a large decaf iced vanilla. Service was quick enough at the drive through and staff was friendly. The problem was it was not decaf!!! I should have been suspicious that it came out quick because they (any coffeehouse) sometimes have to brew decaf special, but I just didn’t question it. I am sensitive to caffine and I had a reaction to the regular coffee. It was very embarrassing coughing all evening while with my friends and then dealing with a headache from coughing so much. Now it is 4:00 am and I am still awake! Really Dunkin’! I would have waited for decaf to be brewed instead of dealing with my reaction to the regular coffee around my friends and now into the wee hours. Staff needs to be educated that decaffeinated is NOT the same as regular and there is a good reason people order decaf. Patrons should get what they order and it should not be viewed as an inconvenience to the staff if they have to brew a special cup/pot of decaf for a guest. I am so disappointed in this location for causing my embarrassment and now frustrated that I can’t fall asleep. I am positive I received regular coffee as I do not have reactions to Dunkin’ decaffeinated coffee. Yes, I am sure I ordered decaf I just didn’t question it at the end as I usually do at any coffeehouse.

The food/service has been ok for the most part. I’ve been going to this location for years. They’ve been upping the prices, which is normal, but now they’ve started asking for a tip in the drive thru…? Before you even interact with any of their staff, aside from the ordering speaker, they ask you for a tip. Who are you even tipping? What are you tipping for?… I’ll be taking my breakfast money elsewhere moving forward.

One of the best Dunkin locations in the area. We frequent this Riverview highway 301/Falkenburg Rd location. Its busy and efficient service. The staff are friendly. The seating area is usually clean. Restroom is found to be satisfactory most times.

This Dunkin is full of people that love working there. Not to mention they work really hard and make sure that drinks are correct or food, whichever you’re wanting. It’s not expensive. They’re always polite and very patient. No matter any issue handed to them, they always handle it.

Paid for a large black coffee asked for extra creamers on the side,, she gave me four Creamers
So I asked, could I have a few more because I ordered extra and it’s a large coffee
She told me she was only allowed to give me four per this large coffee
She did give me two more
Then I get out to my car and three people come running out saying I didn’t pay for my coffee,
I go back in to say yes i tapped me card it did pay for it
But here the cashier didn’t push a button for it to go through
Is there a limit on creamers now?
The only reason I get it on the side is cause if they pumped it, they would’ve poured it in
I won’t be back there no more

The layout of this location is chaotic but drive thru service is 5 stars, recommend ordering ahead via the mobile app. If you go inside, the female managers will spend more time arguing with eachother than helping paying customers.

Paid over $2.00 for a bottle of chocolate milk, which is understandable but then was charged an additional .25 for a small cup of ice. This is based on principal not the charge of the cup of ice.
The service was all over the place. And I mean all over the place as in everywhere except the front counter. There was no understanding of how to ring things up and they have to give verbal instructions as to what to do. For example ~ a small coke no ice, means a copy of ice only. But change the price to .25 cents.
More than one customer said this place was a train wreck and it’s completely understandable why.
My visit was Sunday, Jan 19, 2026 @ 9:00 am. For reference.

No idea how there are bad reviews!! Bless this Dunkin and their employees. Completely trust them to always get my order correct and timely. I go here for my iced coffee almost weekly and never disappoints. Very cleanly inside too with employees that I’ve seen on good and bad days but I can tell they work hard and care about helping each other and customers which is rare.

Probably the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Seminole blvd and 86th ave. We were denied the ability to order food because they we busy, yet we watched them passing off food bags to other customers while we were sitting in the drive-thru. Then to add insult to injury, one of the frozen coffees we ordered came out with a literal brick of ice in the bottom of the cup.
As some who has previously worked at a Dunkin Donuts, this entire experience was completely unacceptable.
I would not recommend this location for anything to anyone. Not even my most despised enemy.
