I don’t normally go to Dunkin’ Donuts for coffee. I’m basically a coffee snob and I make my French press coffee for myself just about every morning. I was out this morning and wanted to get some iced coffee and stopped at this location. Not only was the gal who took my order, bubbly, professional, we could’ve sat there and talked for another 10 minutes, but that wouldn’t have been good for the people behind us… I think she should get a raise! Then, the gal who gave me the copy of the window also stated as the gal taking my order dead, to be very careful in the fog! And drive safe. Honestly, in the grand scheme missing things we don’t always come in those in the service related jobs, but they made me feel good this morning. Thank you! And, the iced coffee taste pretty good too.

I normally love this location however they now have a screen in the drive thru that you can add a tip- the employee quickly turned the screen away from me after I tapped my card.. when I asked for the receipt I noticed he tipped himself without my knowledge. Please check your receipt before you leave.. it’s not the fact it was a couple dollars it’s the fact he was sneaky about it/ how many other people her may be doing this to

Came here today to order some doughnuts but as I was waiting I saw an employee spit in a coffee then went to hand it to a customer at the drive thru. Not sure what the customer did to piss this guy off but I’ll never go back to this location again. Not chancing any spit in my food or drinks due to some guy having a bad day.

I have had good and bad experiences. If you go after 6pm they never have doughnuts other than maybe 2-3 different flavors. Coffee is also hit or miss.

Consistently get orders wrong. Putting almost raw bacon on sandwiches. Out of menu items most mornings. Make sandwiches however they want. Not same each time. They suck.

This was by far the worst Dunkin’ experience I’ve had. I ordered a hot chocolate along with a couple of other drinks, but the hot chocolate I received was essentially just water with one scoop of powder. I went back to explain that the mixture wasn’t right, but the staff’s response was very unprofessional. When I asked them to fix it, they added another scoop of powder, but it was still bad. I requested a new cup, but they refused, and their behavior was very disappointing. This completely ruined my day. I didn’t expect this kind of service.

The bagels are normally stale, their hashbrowns are squished and never crispy. They gave me regular instead of decaf, did not mention it at all, and every single time you try and call this place they will either send you to voicemail or pick up and hang up immediately.
