First, let me say that the staff was very courteous and the donuts and the coffee were fresh. But I was very disappointed that they do not offer senior discounts. The Dunkin donuts by me in Port Richey offer us seniors at least a little bit of a discount. These guys do not. I can go to Wawa and get a cup of coffee for over a dollar cheaper if I’m not going to get a senior discount

The food and orders are always good but store needs new management. This is only Dunkin that makes me have to move and park to wait for order every single day. They need some structure and organization. It’s just chaos every morning. I have been to many other Dunkin’s and never have this issue. This store could increase their revenue if they really look into this.

Absolutely awful customer service. No greeting at the drive through for over 4 minutes , I had to say hello, just for them to say one moment. Sat another 3 minutes in silence, then on to the window sitting for 2+ for 1 drink that was made wrong. Expect nothing more from this store seeing the other reviews.

I usually go in the drive thru but went inside due to the long line outside. One of the employee a young girl helped me right away and she was really nice, probably one of the nicest staff I have encountered after a long time at this location. After she took my order the older woman who is always at the register by the drive thru started yelling at the young girl that helped me. That older woman was so rude and the way she talked to that employee was inexcusable. It appears she wanted something she had wanted the girl to leave my order and assist her instead. Other people in the shop looked shocked by her outburst. This is probably the reason why so many people always quit and they are always short staffed. Another thing, this older woman barely does any work, all she does is hand people their order and accept their payment. They have a ton of other reason, like for instance making you drive forward and wait just for a cup of coffee. But this instance today definitely makes me want to go to a different location going forward! Treat your employee better and quit the attitude, especially in front of customers!

1/4 10:37am drive through worker is clearly sick coughing and sniffling while handling our drinks, food and phone that she was attempting to tap upside down for Apple Pay. The lady barely understands English…The caramel cream frozen coffee did not have caramel drizzle inside the cup and came with no whipped cream and no caramel drizzle on top. I ordered almond milk substitute and they did not make it as ordered and still used Cream. If this was my first Dunkin experience, I would never come back.
Save yourself the hassle and go to a different location.

Store needs new management . If you go through the drive thru they tell you to move forward and park and take 30 mins to bring out your drink . Waited over 30 mins and still have to go inside because they forgot about my order . Went to the same location the following day but went inside to avoid issues got ignored for 10 mins and walked out and just went to starbucks 5 mins away . Just save your time and energy and go to a different location

I’m not someone that likes to give bad reviews but I have to say my experience here today was disappointing. I went through the drive-thru to get something quick to eat because I’m breastfeeding and needed a quick snack so I ordered an avocado toast and a few more items from the menu. To my surprise when I get home my toast was completely burn and I realized I never got the hot chocolate I ordered. What bothers me is that the toast is something that’s prepared in the moment which means they saw the bread was burned and still used it and served it to me… I’ve worked in both restaurants and customer service before and this is just unacceptable! We buy food based on what we like or crave in the moment and to go home and get this is upsetting!

This is the worst DD ever. Most of the time they only have one employee running the whole operation. A drive through order takes forever because they only have one employee. Two cars in front of me left because they got tired of waiting. I left the line to go inside and ended up leaving too because of the wait. This is not the employees fault, this is clearly poor management and franchise ownership. The employee is trying to do his best given the circumstances.
