Yea I waited 15 minutes just now on a Sunday around 2:15 pm with a few cars behind me in the drive thru waited about 10 minutes thinking that they are busy and no one helped me and I went ahead and ordered myself through the speaker only to hear “anything else” so I drove to the window and I find out the 2 girls Hispanic looking are having a conversation of their life and ignoring us customers I work in management and I would discipline them if this happened. Oh and also ignored the cars behind me just like how they treated me.

Stopped here on my break. Tortillas were hard. Coffee burnt my tongue and had no sugar like I asked. If I were Spanish I wouldve got better service not burnt cheese hard tortilla you can see its hard before wrapping it WOW.

This is absolutely the worst Dunkin chain I’ve been to. Whoever The manager is needs to be fired. He’s rude and does not help whatsoever. They added sugar free vanilla instead of french and the manager did not let the employee add in the pump of vanilla without a receipt even though I had just bought the drink an hour ago. Normally we are a fan of Dunkin but unfortunately not today. The girl that took our order was very rude, and despite repeating the order multiple times, it was incorrect when we received it. When we asked to have the order corrected she rolled her eyes and the drinks came out a mess.

Previously this Dunkin review was 2 stars and only for 1 staff member who was always helpful and sweet. But anymore this Dunkin is a nightmare. From an absurd amount of grounds in the coffee to careless staff. I returned to this location to see if they were doing any better. Unfortunately things went from bad to worse. I had been pretty loyal to this place but today is the final straw. It wasn’t the first time I’ve had issues and it won’t be the last. I’ve receive wrong donuts, runny icing, and poor service since the new staff has been hired. There is no passion in these workers. But today was the worst. To have the donuts so carelessly made and thrown in a bag, the icing dripping off the donuts and sticking them to the bag, napkins, and each other is unacceptable. (See attached photos for details)

I’ve never had a problem at this Dunkin until today. Had been coming here pretty regularly for the last year and the staff was mostly friendly and even knew my order by heart. I ordered the same thing I’ve been getting the last few weeks and it came out quick and with a smile. Things were looking alright and then I got to work. I took my first sip of my ice coffee with pumpkin and cream and there was a grainy material in my drink. I know it was sugar. Ended up throwing out the whole drink. 2 stars are only because the lady at the window was sweet to me. Probably won’t be back to this shop.

No one ever answers the phone after calling over two days at different times. Finally someone very rude answers the phone and refuses to take a pick up order for the next day of 4 dozen donuts and 2 boxes of coffee. He stated I’m too busy to take a phone order and hung up on me. Rude, horrible, and no respect for paying customers. I ordered at another local Dunkin, which was more than happy to get my order.

I haven’t been in a while because food and service was lacking. So I decided to give them a chance today, girls were nice, but I can’t believe this is what they served me. Sandwich too is mushy, missing and bottom sides burnt.. DnD you have to do better. I used to love it.
