Pull surveillance at 4:12 PM November 30, this particular employee in the photograph, horrible attitude, giving me attitude saying we’re too busy, we are the only customers inside the store. It took 13 minutes to get our drinks. Literally said drive-through takes priorities cause they are on a timer and we aren’t. And then continue to give me attitude after pushing the drink down on the counter, and then threw his hands up like what, I told him he should quit his job if he hate it there so much. Maybe you should fire him and help him along.

As I waited over 10 minutes for my takeout order this morning, I saw a female employee preparing food touch her hair and the trash can with gloves on. Another customer complained to the male manager about it, who said something to the female employee and they both laughed about it. She changed her gloves but then proceeded to take her cell phone out of her back pocket, look at it then place it on the food prep area. I’m am appalled the manager’s initial handling of this situation (how they both laughed when the customer before spoke to the manager about the unsanitary handling of food), and allowing personal items (cell phone) on a clean food prep work surface. In the picture, her cell phone is sitting on the stainless work area.

It’s not difficult to take a plain bagel, toast it twice, then put some butter on it. That’s what you would normally say when you place an order spoken exactly like that. They even told me it would take longer which I agreed to wait. Upon receiving our order we left the location before checking the order. Big mistake. My plain bagel looked as if it was set next to the toast for about 20 seconds then covered with enough cream cheese to ruin multiple meals. If you’ve stuck around and said wait I thought he ordered it with butter??!! We think alike. Unfortunately the people working there didn’t get the memo. Zero stars if it was an option.

I’ve visited this Dunkin’ Donuts a few times purely out of convenience, but the service has consistently disappointed. The drive-thru is slow, and I often feel rushed when placing my order. On my last visit, I placed my order and pulled up to the window—only to be met with silence. No one was there. I waited about three minutes, assuming the cashier was busy making coffee, but there was no acknowledgment of my presence. Eventually, I just drove off. That was the final straw. I won’t be returning. I’d rather drive a bit farther for better service and basic courtesy.

I will never come back to this location ever again.. They never have any of the donuts or chocolate munchkins that we want. Then when you ask about it all they say is, “If it’s not there we ran out.” It’s Sunday 12 noon.. why not make more?

I went in and ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. I was told to park and they would bring out my sandwich. 20 minutes later and they still hadn’t taken out my sandwich. I went inside to ask if my sandwich was ready. There was about 8 emoyees working and about 5 other customers. As soon as I got in someone was complaining because they has been waiting for 15 min to get 2 dozen donuts that they had already paid for. The guy making the sandwiches didn’t look like he even wanted to be there and wasn’t even making anything. When someone asked him about their food he just threw the bag with his food at him. When I asked the girl at the drive thru about my sandwich she told that she wasn’t the one making the sandwiches therefore it wasn’t her problem. Finely I saw another girl just clock in and asked her if she could please check on my sandwich. I got it 5 minutes later so I probably waited about 30 min to get a sandwich. When I get home this is what I got! A sandwich with no top to it smh. Worst customer service ever. Don’t waste your time coming here

I ordered on the app. The bagel was supposed to be toasted, more like they heated in a microwave and slapped cream cheese on. My iced coffee was dark and employee said she “add” 3 extra creams, yet all she did was mix it up more. Do not recommend this Dunkin.
