This place is absolutely disgusting!! I ordered a sandwich at 12:30pm. I drive all the home only to notice the sandwich is ice cold. I look at the bag and they gave a leftover sandwich from 11:06am!! This place should be ashamed of themselves and shut down for serving old food!!! Will be reporting to Dunkin Donuts cooperation.

I stop by with my family for ice cream cone, the young man behind the counter was so rude.
First he placed the cones on top of the counter before he scoped the ice-cream
When I told him that we didn’t want those cones,he held my wife cone and refuse to handed to us until I pay for.
The funny part was that the lady behind the counter was helping my kids and never ask for us to paid first.
When I ask the young man why he was doing that he just walked away to the back of the store.
I ask for his name or a manager but I didn’t get an answer.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They have a full drive through and empty lobby but I’ve been standing here waiting for 15 minutes to pick up an Uber order which is making me lose money because they can’t handle juggling a lobby and a drive through. Train your employees better. Like I didn’t even get acknowledged or told be with you in one second

Come on guys. Were you even trying? Two bagels tasted old and stale at 7am in the morning and the smallest amount of cream cheese on them (see pic). I was going out of my way to go to this location but yall are starting to give the same product and service as the one on big bend and 301. Disappointed

Wasn’t greeted when we came in. Wasn’t acknowledged until 4-5 mins later. Finally lined up to pay for orders and the person barely gave a smile. For a franchise that just opened, you’d think their customer svc game is strong. Nope! The person who greeted us before we went in via drive through was pleasant. We ended up going in because they didn’t have their flavour list on the menu outside.
Overall, super new and clean place. Ice cream was great. Customer service needs improvement! What ever colour, age, or demographic, this is a service oriented business, put a smile on your face and welcome your customers.

I ordered 25 munchkins and a bagel a few minutes ago. The employee with the NFL packers shirt was great and professional. Great service. Best Dunkin Donuts in the area.

To start with I ordered at kiosk which is adjusted store to store to represent what they have available. Ordered 1 dozen donuts and a large frozen coffee. The kiosk was not updated to represent the donuts available, so I had to sub about 3-4 selected donuts for something I really didn’t want. She also mentioned they don’t do eclairs in which were also listed as available. These should be updated thru the system that they fail to upkeep and update properly like every other store. The coffee was about an inch short of full, I of course said something. In which the young lady went to the unnaturally red die haired manager who, as you’d expect, looked dumbfounded and said we’ve sent them out like that before what’s the problem so you pay full price and get a part of the drink I replied. The entire store staff and customers staring at me with not a word to say, I walked out and have contacted corporate. I may contact the establishments owner to help him find staff worth employing. You do not do business like this. Correct the issue as every other store will ensure they have FILLED the cup. BUYERS BEWARE, GET YOUR MONIES WORTH! P.S. If you paid for a roadside repair and I forgot to put a lug nut or 2 on and told ya “oh whoops, it’s no problem I’ve done it before” you’d probably never call me back again. Let’s work harder and at least act like we care or hit the road.

Wasn’t acknowledged for 5 min. A lady came in and went to the register and was immediately served until I had to say HEY, I’VE BEEN HERE 5 MIN. ( I apologized to the lady, but hey, no skipsies!) Ice cream not frozen enough. Waffle cone STALE like 2 weeks old. I could literally bend the cone. Oh yeah, not one smile. It may should like I’m a b@#$c but I am very sweet to all workers… no matter what.
Update:: felt bad for next victim so I went in to show them the squishy cone. Totally blew me off! I said that fyi they were not edible and the no smile teen said ok, thank you.
