My boyfriend and I really love the bagel sandwiches at Dunkin, and we go to this location almost every week. Never had one of their everything bagels before, genuinely no complaints, just that the little onion pieces all over are burnt from the toasting. Other than that, always yummy and always wonderful and friendly!! Highly recommend the bacon, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel!

This place needs to be RETRAINED and is HORRIBLE!! It’s sad when you come inside and the whole store is working the drive thru, other workers including the manager is walking by staring at you just standing there. This place has got to be racist because this is not the first time that this has happened. Two customers of another race was serviced while I was still standing there. I will not be back because my money is valuable just like my time and if the customer service is not there my money won’t be spent there. I was hoping I could give 0 stars

This location is absolutely the worse. I ordered a cold brew cold foam and got ice coffee. The receipt clearly reads cold foam cold brew. The owner of this store should be ashamed of the quality and integrity of the product leaving the store. I do not recommend this store. An absolute failure to deliver quality products. I come here every morning Monday thru Friday, today was a normal day until I got to work with my sandwich. Needless to say I was very upset that I just paid almost $6.00 for some bread with cheese. They literally didn’t even put a whole piece of bacon on it.
Here we are again, same store. Why would someone want a sandwich with one piece of bacon? Second picture is from a separate day, so this is 2 times now that they have done this to me. Looks like I will have to find a new store to stop at cause this one don’t know how to give people what they pay for. 11/23

The staff are mostly friendly but they sure do omit food from my orders a LOT…it’s gotten pretty chronic. Seating is pretty comfortable and there are plenty of power outlets to charge electronics. Located on HART bus route 46

Long wait per going inside, slow service, bought a dozen doughnuts, they were supposed to have jelly, and cream filling, very little filling- almost none, all doughnut.. Go to different location!! *** when I asked what flavor the jelly filling was, the kid said “ I don’t know, it’s red” lol… that should sum up the visit!!

Drive thru line was long but moved quickly, got my order fast and it was correct and tasted well. Staff was friendly. I got the Caramel craze iced latte with almond milk and it is pretty good.
Dissapointed they keep discontinuing so many drinks, but overall it’s good.
