Bless Dunkin for being Open at 2am. I’m visiting from Dallas/Fort Worth. The Normie daytime friends im visiting went to bed 4-5 hrs ago. My service industry mizfit self who’s an hour behind, decided I needed more coffee at 130am, as all sane people do! Oh and mustn’t forget the soft fresh donuts.

The donuts I order weren’t available (of course the special donut isn’t available at 2am, that’s customer bald moment). When I pulled up to the window the awesome lady working nights let me know what was available, or I could wait. Picked my 2 subs, (both delicious with coffee btw) and as I told her when she brought my order. “I’m simply grateful that you’re open at 2am, and have fresh hot delicious coffee, and fresh donuts you do have!”

I didn’t catch her name…..but good lordy she’s and angel and makes a mean cup of coffee!!☕ Oh her coffee officially puts any cup of white chocolate mocha I’ve gotten from that other chain… barslucks…to shame!!!

PS: Thank You for not charging extra for Almond Milk!!!

This is the only location that I have found that makes sugar donuts (the only donuts me and my 2 daughters eat). If I go in and order a dozen some of the employees get annoyed . I have even been told that if I am going to do this every (insert day here) then I could make a order for it. WellI do not get donuts that often and we go through phases. Plus, if I order most of the donuts before your day starts I would think it would be good practice to make more, not blame the customer. Most employees are great! Just a few who could work on customer service.

I went to this dunkin to treat myself on a beautiful sunday morning, and felt very unwelcome from the walk in. I was stuck waiting almost 30 minutes for a decaf latte, which came out very discolored and was NOT decaf! The girl at the front, I cannot remember her name, she was very short with me and you could tell she did not want to be there. I had also ordered a wake up wrap among other things to which I waited an additional 10-15 minutes. The store was not busy whatsoever. Do better!

OK so I never leave reviews but I had to today. My husband and I stopped in today for our coffee. We were greeted with the sweetest lady at the counter. I didn’t catch her name unfortunately. She may have been the manager but the way we saw her take care of a local man who apparently was a daily customer was amazing. He was possibly on the spectrum and was sweetest guy. She knew him by name,and the way she spoke to him when others wouldn’t have had the patience as he was trying to find the change for a coffee. He came up short so we just bought him the coffee. Her patience and the caring way she spoke to him. You just don’t ever see that anymore. She’s a special person. And the store and bathroom were the cleanest dunkins I’ve ever been in. This is the store I will always go to. All of this is a sign of great management

The people here don’t know how to treat each other and thats what sucks. You would want to walk into an establishment and feel welcomed and you don’t. The people don’t want to be there and neither do you !

The only good thing about this store was the food quite literally .everyone looked and sounded so annoyed I didn’t feel welcomed at all , I love Dunkin but I will never be back to this location !!

Great location… tried the new (im not saying the name right), mini hash browns in a cup with cheese and bacon on it… 6 out of 10… two employees were friendly but struggling to deal with a handful of customers.
