I tried to call this location a few times throughout the day but could never get through.
The service was fine, the food was fine. However my coffee was not fine.
I ordered a decaf iced coffee. I was given caffeinated. How do I know? Not by taste, it tasted normal. In fact I had this exact drink last week.
I’ve had jitters and anxiousness all day. I can not have this much caffeine without my body short circuiting and that’s what’s happening right now.
I haven’t been able to function at all today.

Food and service was amazing! The place is clean and comfortable , server was friendly and accommodating. We ordered our food using a touch screen kiosk. The clerk behind the desk did an amazing job getting us all food quickly and with a smile. The place was very busy and always seems to be. My family lives waking up with fresh donuts and green Matcha Lattes when they wake up in the morning. I would def recommend friends and family to go here for breakfast. I am so thankful that it’s so close to my house.

they had a steady flow of traffic more on the drive-through than inside. The kiosk was convenient, but a little overwhelming, and not as flexible as I thought it would be for a first time customer and not knowing what I wanted.
The dining area wasn’t the cleanest.
I did not like my coffee at all. I will never go back to Dunkin’ Donuts. The curiosity is no more.
It’s Nothing about the location itself but that coffee was nasty.
I know they don’t make the donuts there but I can’t say I’ve ever had one of the cream filled donuts taste bland before now. There was definitely not enough cream.
Can anyone, anywhere tell me why they no longer have the french creuller donuts one of the reasons why probably everybody went to Dunkin’ Donuts. every time I would go I would have to be the first customer to even get one when they did have them.

First time at this Dunkin in 301 and they are very efficient and fast with their service. The drive thru was packed at 8AM and they handled it very quickly.
I ordered through the App for a pickup at 8AM. The order was there waiting for me.
The Cappuccino was good. The bagel sandwich have a fantastic taste, but the sesame bagel was dry and tough. It needed some butter to take it over the top.

Dirty place . The girl mixed/latina with long hair working on afternoon with piercing on her face, literally made me never come back . Today 6:25 PM I arrive to order on drive thru and be polite and all i get is “what you want? ” ‘Aftrt i order, i say thanks and i get “ok” but when i arrive to the window i realize is the same person as the last two times i been there. To add more she was literally tilting the coffee pot as much as she could to give me the left over sitting coffee there . i had to drive out without the coffee and will never visit this Dunkin again.

The Manager customer service skills need some updated training. She waited on a customer and I was next. She walked away after waiting on the customer. She didn’t even acknowledge I was standing there. After a few minutes one of the other staff asked me if i been help. Sad coffee was good tho.

This place always seems to be busy. Service is okay and coffee is really good.
I am happy with the quality of the donuts and my girls love the selection they offer. Always fun watch the kids go in and try and decide what to get with so many options available.

The lady working Monday shifts serious attitude adjustment. If you aren’t happy with your job, fine but don’t take it out on your customers. I hear she call me stuped, and i go back and ask her if she call me stuped and her respond was “you dont see me im talking on phone” or are you stuped ? ” Again, if you don’t like your job, look for another job. She don’t have respect for the costumer .
