I’ve given this Dunkin’ Donuts several chances, and unfortunately the quality has been consistently disappointing. Every time I visit, my hash browns are old, soggy, and hard, and the food never comes out at even a decent quality. I understand that not everything will be perfectly fresh, but it shouldn’t be this bad every single time.
I decided to try again this morning after a while, and it was the same experience. My turkey sausage patty was dried out and burnt, the egg tasted old, the cheese was cold and falling off the sandwich, and the hash browns were extremely soggy and wet.
When I brought the food back to the restaurant, I calmly explained that the quality was unacceptable. As I was speaking, I heard employees laughing loudly and saying, “What? It’s not good?” which I found very unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of joking, someone should be checking why food this old is even being served. Why is there a patty so hard it could be thrown like a brick? Why is food sitting in holding that clearly shouldn’t be?
The only positive part of my experience was the manager, Ashley. She was very kind, professional, and apologetic. She offered for me to come back and get a free meal, and I truly appreciate her effort to make things right. This review is not against her at all.
However, after multiple visits with the same issues, I’ve decided I won’t be returning. I’m tired of giving chances only to receive poorly made food. I’d rather take my money elsewhere—and now I even have to wait for my refund to process instead of receiving it back immediately.
I hope this location takes food quality and customer service more seriously moving forward.

Absolutely no stars, Whoever I was speaking to there is incompetent and rude. The girl in the drive-through was fine, but I came in yesterday to grab some food before work and ask specifically for a chicken croissant with no bacon and they gave me two pieces of bread with only bacon. when I came back to correct it today I was faulted because I didn’t call and was told next time I wouldn’t be compensated if I didn’t call even though I was purchasing a bunch of other things and just asking for what was incorrect yesterday to be replaced then, when I pulled up to the drive-through, they still tried to send me off without my croissant and act clueless when I asked about it, considering we just talked about it through the drive-through microphone I reiterated a chicken and cheese croissant with no bacon and then in the end croissant still have bacon on it. And then gave me a jelly doughnut that looked like it exploded in the bagA level of stupidity And terrible customer serviceis beyond me in the most respectful way possible.

The standard of Dunks in Florida is just going downhill fast. I’m spoiled being from Massachusetts where the doughnuts are full size, not shrunken down. Where the coffee orders are made fast and accurate and they don’t just care about moving people past the window to make their drive through numbers look good.
At this spot, I’ve had wrong coffee orders, wrong food items and now this, on a Saturday no less when I’m sure it’s busier.
Ordered and paid for a sausage egg and cheese, got a bagel with a gob of cream cheese not even toasted.
Dunkin still has my business, but definitely not this location. The quality checks have clearly gone clear out the window.

My $120 hoodie ruined 🙁 I come multiple times a week and it’s always a cup covered in coffee and ingredients
If the staff didn’t try to push an extra shot of espresso and focused more on deliverance it would be a better experience

I ordered a large Coffee less ice and this is what I got (see picture). As you can see the cup is not full at all, it looks like a medium-sized coffee cup.
Very disappointed.
I don’t recommend at all this location.

ZERO stars!!! staff is incompetent and don’t know how to do their own jobs, they don’t know their own menu items, they are RUDE. Girl at the drive through does not listen and has no clue what she is doing, I was told by her manager I confused her because I asked her to make sure my coffee had oat milk and not whole milk. I was told they didnt have drinks that they do have(they just didnt know how to make them)And the last time I decided to give them a chance was today, I was told I couldn’t get a flavor and cold foam with my iced coffee because it was a 6$ meal!!
Their owner/manager/whoever is in charge DOES NOT respond!
Every time I would go its a different issue so even though its the closest location to me I will now be going out of my way to avoid this location at all costs!!

11.27.2024 The Quality of the food went from bad to worst. I got a grill cheese with Bacon 1 strip of bacon cut into 3 pcs and the cheese looks like plastic. The worst the bread is like a brick. Please stop selling midnight coffe if you are going to serve me regular with a shot of expresso. Just sell me Regular and ask if I want a shot of expresso.
1 year ago: I had stop coming here because of the quality of service you got from the employees. But this year I try them again and it has being better. Hope they could find more good employees that cares about the customers. And their job.

I live 5 minutes away , but I’ll never return to this store . I always ask a double express in a medium cup . Today they gave me less than the actual 2 dose of espresso . I don’t recommend at all this location . I prefer drive a little more and go to Brandon .

We just picked up our free coffee with the new promotion Dunkin is offering right now and we go to take a sip and they were already cold. We literally just got it from the window. Luckily, our home is right around the corner, so we went to put them in the microwave and to our surprise, the cups aren’t even close to being filled up and we are missing the whipped cream.
Don’t offer a promotion and then try to rip your customers off by being cheap, just don’t offer it at all.

The GM Ashley at this location is not good at her job she sat there and did not address me ask me what was I getting and I sat there for a few minutes and she went to the back to get someone to take my order after I ordered a lady was standing behind me I moved to the side so she could order Ashley starts to take her order greets her and everything and she’s done this before so she needs a reality check
