I am a regular here. I love the renovation but! I’m very disappointed with the lack of visibility and safety around the drive-through area. A couple weeks ago early morning around 6:30 AM, while turning through the drive-through bend, my vehicle was damaged by one of the posts that are meant to guide or protect the area. Unfortunately, these posts are a dark, dull color that completely blends into the surroundings—especially in low light.
Because they aren’t marked with any caution color such as yellow, white, or even a bright safety pink like Dunkin’s branding, they are extremely hard to see in the dark. As a result, I now have nearly $1,000 worth of damage to my car.
For the safety of all customers and their vehicles, these posts should be repainted in a bright, reflective, and highly visible color. This would help prevent future accidents like mine. I hope management takes this seriously and makes the necessary safety improvements as soon as possible.

This convinced me to buy my own matcha and make it at home. The cup was filled with ice and had very little actual matcha. Not worth it

Had one of the worst experiences here ever. I did a mobile order while leaving a shop in the same plaza, not able to see how long a line would be. It was just a green tea and cranberry juice- nothing crazy. I get in the car and drive over- took roughly 3 minutes. Go through the drive through and pull up to the window to be berated by Jazmine and another female with a ton of facial piercings because I did not give them 5 minutes that they require and to never order from the drive through line again with the most rude and disrespectful tone ever. I tried explaining I didnt but they just kept telling me they needed 5 minute minimum on mobile orders. Mind you no where on the app does that disclaimer populate for rapid pickup. Then they didnt have one of the items I ordered so Amari came overto the window and proceeded to do a refund after Jazmine told me they couldn’t. Then when I finally got my green tea, it was half full. I tried asking for a manager on duty- there isnt one. Supervisor on duty- there isnt one. Team lead..anyone- there isnt one. And the girl with all the facial piercings, horrible attitude and mega disrespectful tone- she has no name. So I called the store later and asked for a Manager- there wouldnt be one there or any leadership till the next day according to Amari who took my message. I asked for a manager to call me, left my name and number. Its been 3 weeks now and no call back. So if you want half made drinks served by the rudest most disrespectful group of people in the southern hillsborogh county region then come here. If not…. avoid it at all costs.

Came here to get a dozen donuts to bring home to my family for my grandfather’s birthday. The girl at the speaker was incredibly rude from the start, had an issue with me not being able to pull up closer so she could hear me, despite there being a car 2 inches in front of me. When I placed my order I had prepared exactly what I wanted so I could be efficient, I’ve worked a drive thru before. When she asked if I wanted anything else, I thought she meant donuts so I said no, but I did want a drink. When I added me drink I heard her over the speaker say “I already asked her if she wanted anything else.” Decided to not even get my order, I’d rather go to another location and wait longer for kinder service. I hope management can better train this person, or that this person can learn to be kinder to others.

I love Dunkin’ and I’m here religiously I’m a regular the manager and OG staff have always treated me kindly. However, my experience at the Sun City location today was incredibly disappointing.
The young lady working the drive-through this morning definitely needs additional training in customer service. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day, but as soon as I pulled up, her tone and attitude were off. When I asked for tea with honey, she quickly said, “We don’t have honey,” in a dismissive way. I mentioned that I’ve always received honey packets before, and she insisted with attitude that they’ve never offered them.
That’s simply not true, as I’ve been visiting this same location for over a year, sometimes even walking there.
I decided to let it go and ordered a chai latte instead. When I arrived at the window, she was again dismissive and avoided eye contact. Her body language was unprofessional, and she seemed visibly annoyed. When I received my drink, it was iced instead of hot. When I politely clarified that I ordered a hot chai latte, her response was, “Oh, so you wanted it hot?” again, with attitude.
At that point, I simply asked for a refund. I didn’t want a replacement drink after such an uncomfortable interaction. The entire experience felt unnecessarily unpleasant, especially compared to the great service I’ve received from this location before.
I’m writing this review in hopes that management will provide this young lady employee with glasses with proper customer service training. Everyone has bad days, but no customer should feel dismissed or disrespected over a simple coffee order.
Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location unless this get resolved, even though I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time.
And to the young lady with glasses working the drive-through if you happen to read this, it didn’t have to make it to a review for you to pause, take accountability, and apologize. You’ve helped me before with no issues, but today you chose to spread whatever energy you were feeling onto a customer, and that’s not okay. I genuinely hope this helps you grow from it.

I visit a lot of Dunkin’s and the Sun City Center Dunkin is the best.
It is a high volume and extremely well run machine.
The help is so organized and polite!
Regardless of how busy it is , you are in and out of there quickly.

Employee took my order wrong at the counter and I corrected it. She had to get someone over to help enter in the correct order. The one helping said she’d be the one making it so it would be good. We were handed our order and left. Got out of the parking lot and onto the highway when I noticed I was given the voided incorrect order. So of course we paid for it and not able to turn around to get it corrected. I don’t even understand why someone would make an order for one that clearly says void on the ticket. Always double and maybe even triple check your order for accuracy so you don’t go without your morning pick me up.

This location seems to be serving stale donuts recently. The rude staff are gone so that’s improvement. The ice cream is the best option for food.

This spot is one of the best in South Hillsboro County, but here’s a tip on the coffee: skip the pistachio swirl. Big companies often use cheap pistachio creamer, and you can totally taste the difference. If you’re craving pistachio, hit up a small business that uses real pistachio syrup instead. My coffee did wake me up—it was decent—but if I had to rate that flavor on a scale of 1 to 10, it’s a solid 3. And honestly, nothing beats a butter pecan frozen coffee. The service is great, but for a company this big, that pistachio flavor is a miss .
