Terrible service asked for an ice coffee extra creme extra pumpkin and one liquid sugar. I received a coffee that might have had one cream, one pumpkin, and granulated sugar. The cashier was nice, but whoever made this abomination of a drink needs to try a little harder next time. Who puts granulated sugar in ice coffee anyway? Further, the coffee itself tasted like the sugar they used was for the sweet black pepper bacon.

I wish this was an exaggeration, but they’ve gotten my order wrong the past 5 visits. At times I’m the only one waiting and it still took them 20 minutes to make my order, just to get it wrong. It seems like a management issue because they have new staff in and out all the time and when I see management they are checked out on their phone.

This place is a nightmare. Do not even waste your time going there. I was in the drive through for 20 minutes, and nobody was in the intercom. I left and the car before me left too. Dunkin Donuts needs to do something with these people employees. Apparently they do that often.

Jose didn’t care that he gave me the wrong drink eventhough I told his coworker with the blonde hair that I asked for the new turtle signature latte & Jose took the drink from his employees hand to tell me that it is the same drink he just didn’t put the right ingredients….WHAT?? such a dumb answer because it makes no sense..wrong ingredients = wrong drink… I usually stop by this Dunkin because it’s my go to spot for gas in the mornings.. I drive an hour away to work and usually buying a coffee keeps me up at 5:30 a.m … Well I was up but for the wrong reasons I was so upset that Jose didn’t bother to fix it or cared that he gave me the wrong drink. Didn’t get a receipt from him which I usually never ask for because I go for my usual Caramel craze signature ice latte but wanted to try something new…I ended up getting a turtle signature latte 40min into my drive in Bradenton & it was amazing. Sucks that Jose failed.

There’s no brisket in the brisket bowl . It’s also really small. My drink amount is also never consistent, I get a medium and sometimes the cup is full and sometimes it’s barely over halfway. The people are usually nice depending who you get.

No donuts. At Dunkin’ Donuts ? I have been there three times now on different occasions and this last time they’re sold out of donuts. The first time totally understandable because it was 30 minutes to closing , the second time was around 3pm and I thought well okay maybe they’re making a new batch or something. This time was 2 hours before closing and I’m starting to think they just don’t sell donuts anymore? What happened lol. This is right by my house so it’s a real bummer.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Took THIRTY MINUTES in the drive thru w only FIVE CARS. And this is EVERY SINGLE MORNING. Please fire the current morning crew and hire people who actually care. This place is truly terrible.

First experience with them wasn’t terrible, it’s just that I order something before work at 4:26am, went through the drive thru to pick it up but no one answered through the voice box. I pulled up to the window to see if anyone was there and there was. The employee told that he didn’t know how I was able to order anything because they open at 5. I was confused because on the app and their sign outside it says the drive thru opens at 4. Second experience, I went inside this time to pick up a mobile order and wasn’t assisted for a good 10min (I was the only customer there).
