I have tried to give this location a chance. This is about 1 mile closer to me, but I will never be coming back. The ladies working are nice, however they lack the necessary training on how to make coffee. 3 separate occasions, across 4 months, I have placed my order on the app and asked for cold foam on my drink. They never give me cold foam, it’s just whipped cream sprayed on top from the tube. The drink always taste different and its 3 times now, I’ve had to throw it out. I order the same drink every time as it’s saved as favorite and all the other locations have done it correctly. I easily go to Dunkin about 12 times a month. This location does not go for quality, and I can’t imagine it will be staying open for much longer at this rate. See the photos for yourself…

I am a well-known regular.I always come in to Dunkin’ Donuts.On forty one every day today was my worst experience. It normally helps me very nice.Was rudely interrupted by another co.Worker for some reason I don’t know watching over her every move. The lady was overbearing into much.The woman who normally helps me is always great.Great customer service always smiling. I don’t know why this lady felt like she needed to interfere.I didn’t want my receipt.I told the lady that always waits on me.I don’t want the receipt and the lady insisted on trying to give me my receipt.After I say you can throw away

The service is horrible the employees are lazy. Literally just standing around. I ordered online. I arrived 30 min after ordering online and it still wasn’t ready. Then when I got it my order was wrong. The sandwich was wrong. One sandwich was MISSING A PIECE OF BREAD. My donuts were wrong !!!! My coffee was wrong. At this point I just wanted to get out of there I was livid. Mind you it wasn’t busy at all. Ladies came in after me and got their food before me! They ALL should be retrained. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !!!!!

Every time I go here *EVERY TIME* they either don’t have anything or they 100% get my order wrong. Even when what the sticker on the cup says is right, the coffee is wrong. Well, I’ve poured out my last coffee abomination. Next time I think about going here, I’ll just throw $6 out the window.

UPDATE: I edited my 1 ☆ review. The service has been consistently GREAT. My 2 coffee orders have been correct, hot & timely my last 4 times ordering! Bravo to the great kids working the counter. Kudos to the management for hiring enough of the right staff. I am back as a regular customer AND reactivated my Dunkin App!
