Don’t waste your money here. They must’ve stopped training their employees how to make coffee because I haven’t gotten a correctly made coffee in weeks! The last 4 times i have gone here I was given a cup full of creamer with barely any actual coffee. The whole cup is basically white when they hand it to me. The photos are 2 weeks apart from eachother. Do better.

Waiting for 16 minutes in drive through a male short dark brown hair not sure if it was a girl or boy argued with me that a small frozen coffee with a shot of expreso was almost and then remade a medium when I asked for a manager twice they said no manager is there on Mondays o asked for names of a mix girl petite slammed the window and said we don’t give out names awful service the drink looked like a ice coffee no Carmel and like make with just milk. I will be calling manager and the BBB with the way I was treated spending half my lunch hour trying to get a frozen coffee!

Don’t expect great service. Food quality and order accuracy is inconsistent. The employees are socializing internally so frequently they don’t even notice or greet you when you arrive at the counter or drive thru. Team does not greet you, say thank you and barely smiles

The worst Dunkin donuts, I went to. I bought a dozen and all the donuts were not fresh at all. The employer was not personally at all and doesn’t have customer service skills, what a shame. Never will buy donuts again at this place. Rather go somewhere else to get treated better.

Very nice workers … gentleman tells you to have a blessed day which is refreshing however the quality /value you get is not on par with the service unfortunately…4 bucks for a bagel with cream cheese and the lack of cream cheese is laughable.. as if someone licked it off the bagel …. Brooklyn water bagel is right up the road as is chick fil a where the bang for your buck goes much further

They charged me for 2 coffees that were supposed to be BOGO, and they insisted that what you see here in the picture – one small scoop – is the 2 scoops of ice cream I ordered. They had smeared the ice cream across the bottom of the cup, so I rolled it into a ball so you can see the size better. I was charged $5.39 for this quantity of ice cream
