Never in my life did I go anywhere and order a buttered corn muffin and receive one that looks like this. How can you put a big lump of butter on top of the corn muffin and call that buttered? They need to start training their employees . I am so over this place. Never again !horrible service ! horrible management ! stand clear. Starbucks is right down the street.

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! This place has major problems and you will have to repeat your order 2 or 3 times and they still get it wrong. The lady that works as the manager in the mornings will blame you and tell you that you ordered your food wrong. I had to take a bagel that wasn’t toasted back inside once and she said I ordered it wrong. The bagel wasn’t even cut in half.
My order today for the first time came with Cream Cheese. I always order it plain. They took it back and scraped it out of my bagel. I threw it out of the window. This part didn’t make it.
If you go here you will quickly understand it is the worst operated Dunking Donuts around!

I love this dunkin WHEN MERLINE IS WORKING!!! She’s great. If I don’t like my food or coffee ( because whoever is on drinks and cooking doesn’t know how to make it right ) shell remake it and it’s always SOOO GOOD!!!! She always nice never has attitude, and your drive thru works a lot better with her!!!! —- I was just there and before leaving a bad review wanted to leave my good one. For the last several days we’ve been ordering and whoever you have on as the cook truly doesn’t know the temperatures of your food. Please RETRAIN. I’ve worked at Dunkin before. Each day something new was SUPER COLD, first it was our croissant stuffers (literally freezing cold in the middle), then it was hash browns, now we got loaded hash browns and once again it’s literally like they are taking it straight out the fridge.. then we come today (you guys are unfortunately the closet to our job) we asked for a croissant TOASTED with cream cheese & bacon. Croissant not even toasted put cream cheese on one side and when we asked for more (because we pulled off and it was literally -2 seconds and your rude drive thru (NOT MERLINE) literally said ‘ no. I don’t know if you got that from here or not ‘ DUDE IT WAS LITERALLY -2 SECONDS WE HAD JUST PULLED OFF. Like smh. Rude as hell. 5 STARS FOR MERLINE THO ALWAYS!!!

I’m currently seeking to contact the owner of this location.I was treated horribly by An employee I ask for a Hot Tea & given a cold tea the employee gave me a very bad attitude when I ask her to correct it. she refused to issue a Refund & call the cops on me & gave a false statement saying she to the dispatcher that A black woman is Refusing to leave. The employee never ask me to leave I simply wanted a refund I was very polite in asking for that refund. When cops arrive she still had my money & drink. Deputies asked what happened & told her to give me a refund & because of her personal feeling about me she ask them to issues me a trespassing,The woman also mistaken me for another customer lying saying she’s seen me before.i never met her before! It’s unbelievable all this over a $2.86 cup of warm tea. The women was aggressive in proving her dislike for me. Absolutely no customer service skills. This is horrible to treat a guest in this manner. I’ve been visiting this location for so many years never thought something so simple as tea could cause these kind of false accusations. Also the cashier was taking my money & making tea touching the tea bag with the same bare hands she touch the unclean money with. I will be contacting the health department.

Please teach your children how to speak with customers. Whoever they had on drive tru taking order 5 – 10 mins before this comment for improvement purposes only; Has a nasty attitude and the person given food at pIck up was normal fast food experience. What a roller-coaster of a experience. Wake up raps smashed together like Chinese dumplins.
